The member of staff ( JULIE ) who was…
The member of staff ( JULIE ) who was busy at the time = stopped what she was doing = without hesitation + got down on the floor + reached to the back of the bottom shelf to find what we wanted ( clear gloss lacquer ) that I'd already looked for but missed = as i didn't lay flat on the floor + go through multiple cans although Julie did ( saved the day for me ) outstanding customer service, above + beyond, should be running the place , thanks a million.

George over the phone and Julie instore, both were very very helpful and communication very good. I didn’t waste my time explaining why I was in the store and reason for the visit. I was generously supported when it came to selecting my kitchen! Tosh came to my flat and measured the space, followed by an in-office design session. He patiently showed me the various options and redesigned the kitchen until I was satisfied.

I went into Wickes South Ealing W5 to order a Kerala close coupled toilet. Even though they were very busy, Julie went out of her way to find someone who could place the order. A gentleman called Vee was also very polite, took his time to explain the delivery process & how I would be contacted re date/time slot etc & processed my order. Will definitely be going back.

Simon has been fantastic, from the very first design meeting. He has taking into consideration my budget to create a beautiful yet affordable kitchen. Going above and beyond to make the journey as smooth as possible for me. Communication has been amazing, he is always available and quick to respond to any queries. Started using Wickes a few years ago…
Started using Wickes a few years ago after stopping buying from B&Q, and I can honestly say Wickes are so much better.
The prices are much more reasonable, and most of the staff here are always really friendly and helpful. The customer service, especially from Belinda and the guys at the counter, is consistently excellent. They’re always polite, respectful and happy to help.
Really pleased I made the switch to Wickes and would definitely recommend them.

By far the best new Kitchen option available.
Great care was taken with the design of my new kitchen. Maryam was the only person quoting, who realised that there are no right angles in my flat and her design was tailored accordingly. She ensured I had all the very best options and that I qualified for all the best available discounts. She also met with my fitter, to ensure things went seamlessly and they did. All in all a truly excellent service and a stunning kitchen.
