The shop floor staff seem unwilling and uninterested to help locate items that were in stock.

Eventually located item without assistance.

Feedback given to more helpful staff at the till.

Today, I was at the Wickes Ealing branch to choose a kitchen cabinet. Ms. Dhrauvi Patel patiently helped us with our selection, and I am very grateful to her. I also appreciate Wickes for selecting the right people for this job.

Was seen by Julie who was very helpful and was able to get exactly what I wanted.

We are delighted with all aspects of the Kitchen Design and new units. Dhruvi managed to incorporate everything on my Wife's wishlist as she suffered a stroke recently and this was the reason we needed a new kitchen to make it more accessible for her. The Corian top was the most expensive part of the whole Kitchen and worth the week or so wait to have it professionally installed by MBP worksurfaces.
The contract team Wickes used were Empire Furniture who were very pro active and hard working in achieving the Installation in the agreed timeframe. A special thanks to Andrii and Vlad who installed the Kitchen and carried out all the required Electrical and Plumbing work. Wickes customer service team were also very helpful and empathetic in sorting out all our concerns and were easily contactable. It is very reassuring and helpful to be able to talk to somebody on the telephone.

I happened to bump into Adnan Ghouri the operations manager at Ealing wickes and he really went above and beyond helping me with my issue. A valued employee and beyond a member of our community.

My design consultant Dhruvi Patel, was amazing from our first meeting, home visit, to finalising my new bathroom. Dhruvi was, so helpful with idea's to maximise my space, she reassured me in making decisions, I never felt rushed ,all round brilliant experience, that I was dreading! Massive thank you Dhruvi, 10 🌟 from me.

Being a female who was having issues with my builder, she went out of her way to assist me in getting the right units as well as advice.

Ordered curtain rods for collection for a handyman to install urgently which the website said is in stock (more than one!) and ready in 30 mins. Drove more than an hour to the store. Got told that they don't have it and that the website is incorrect. They still had it available 'in stock' in the store showing on the website at that time and they still have it even now after many hours! They refused to offer a comparable model instead which they had in the shelves. Wasted about 2 hours on the road with my toddler waiting in the car. Handyman waiting at home charging me by the hour. Store refused to offer any compensation whatsoever. A smug customer service agent saying nothing they can do.. 'the website is wrong'
Absolute waste of time and terrible customer service. The store will be shut down anyway by the council and be replaced with residential blocks and that's what they deserve anyway with this service and attitude.

Denzel, Design Consultant at the South Ealing branch, has been so customer focused I wish to recognise that here. Thank you for dealing with me post kitchen installation with a few niggly issues - please know it was peace of mind you spending time with me working thru solutions. As well, Taz, my actual Consultant was fabulous in his design of my kitchen … a happy client!

Order was attempted to be delivered several times on incorrect days, and then when the order was scheduled to be delivered, half of the materials weren't delivered, without Wickes notifying me.
