Online purchase returns are not free. One important item in order was cancelled due to being out of stock despite being in stock when paid for.

Wiggle cancelled my order because the tyres were out of stock, impossible to get in touch with them to arrange alternative.

No email address, no phone number, reached out on Facebook but took so long to reply I had moved on.

Ordering from Wiggle was quite straight forward with acceptable prices, but it all fell down at delivery. EVRI is not the best! I had to change my delivery option to my local Post Office, about 500 yards away, this confused the issue no end and in the end order from placing to delivery was nearly 2 weeks!! Not impressed.

Everything went great with the delivery! The package showed up right on time and in perfect shape. No problems at all—really happy with how smooth it was. Would definitely use this service again.

The orders arrived separately, first item arrived later than stated and was wrong second item took a long time to arrive. Was hoping for an email from Wiggle to rectify problem. Will not be using this awful company ever again.

Once Wiggle discovered my order went missing in transit, Wiggle quickly resent the items. The service was great.

Searching is very inconsistent. Sometimes you’re recommended a product below another product, but it’s impossible to find again through a search.

The selection of products on offer is definitely reduced these days.

Order processing is fine, but not the remarkably quick service we used to get. Half of this is probably down to the privatisation of the Royal Mail, to be fair.

Another difference is that Wiggle now seems to operate like Amazon Marketplace, so you’re not guaranteed delivery on all products if you live outside the UK. The actual supplier might not deliver.

There was a time when every second cyclist I knew bought from Wiggle, but today the incentive is not really there. It’s fine, but you might also find ‘fine’ more locally.

Very bad service, ordered my bike tyres and paid extra for delivery guaranteed the next day. Tyres never showed up and still waiting after ordering on 21st May. Contacted delivery company who advised me that their is an Issue from the sellers side, spoken to Wiggles customer service who were not able to explain what a problem is. Very frustrating and disappointing. Need to spend extra money now to commute etc. Will never order again from Wiggle.

BUT: Your communication makes feeling insecure, because suddenly other, unknown companies contacted me during expedition.

Dhl delivery service was good

Payment via bank was different to 'Wiggle' i.e. 'the Fraser Group' so recognising the payment was difficult

Two pairs of poor quality cycle gloves. I’m sending them back.
