Speedy service. Pleased with purchase

My parcel was delivered by Evri in my absence, they chose to leave it on my doorstep. When I returned home only 1 of the 3 items were in the bag, which was already open.

Contacted customer service who checked and said because the items left their warehouse no refund was due. Several chases later and they refuse to take responsibility for the missing items.

Next day delivery arrived ok and pleased with the torque wrench kit

Sizing advice of this item (aquasphere pursuit) is completely wrong. Really smaller than expectation. I hope obtain the good size after return it.

Love DHB, but the ordering process needs to be transparent for tariff costs at time of purchase. Nowhere in product description for items does it list country of origin, so I can't even calculate it myself or select garments from countries that have lower tariffs applied to them.

I ordered 4 items, 3 came one day and 1 item came the next day. Why not altogether? One shirt was not in its bag as it was all split, felt not a lot of care in packing.

It's easy to find what I want or need, to order and to get it fairly quickly. Wiggle is part of every cyclist's world - and deservedly so.

Item was delivered with no prior notice of delivery time. As we were not in the delivery was left sticking out of the letter box from where it could easily have been stolen

I have an e voucher valid till 2028, but payment page wont accept it, AI Bot Chat has no suitable questions or answers and ant phone number I have found is invalid.

Ordered 8pm and arrived next day before lunch

the quality of the product and the delivery was good.

Had to be delivered twice. Never arrived.

The returns process on the site does not work. It is impossible to contact a person. The FAQs are useless.

Order Cancellation
Order Cancelation was not possible, right after I ordered the wrong Item. The support page said contact the customer support but there was no possibility to get in contact with it. it led me always back to the FAQ page which was not helpful

But the delivery is a big problem using Evri , they delivered to the wrong address and then sent delivery photo of wrong address, luckily 2 doors down so neighbours delivered, this is not the first time they have done this to me and also lost parcel completely. Please don’t use them for my orders in the future.

Great selection at good prices - fast shipping and delivery

I made a slight mistake in inputting my email address so my order went through as did the payment but I couldnot sort a return out. However Customer services did finally find my order and change my email to the right one so all is good.
However I don’t think I can make a return 😏
