Mandy in the Sales Office was lovely - super helpful. The home demo was great - showing me how to use everything and explaining about the property. Very high quality fixtures and fittings.

Nothing is ever too much trouble; from advice, to explanations, to panicky late night emails with questions, they’ve always been there to help and it’s been really appreciated. As first time buyers it’s been a very overwhelming process, but they’ve made everything so much calmer and so much simpler, it doesn’t just feel like an exchange and transaction with them, it feels like they truly care and are willing to give us time to chat for hours.
The house itself is beautiful and our dream home, definitely way above any other sites and companies we’ve seen during our home buying experience.

An absolutely faultless experience from initial viewing, through to reservation and legal completion. Nothing was too much trouble and I was welcome to view the property as many times as I needed. The specification and finish of the house is outstanding - everybody who has visited has complimented me on my beautiful first home!

We have been into the Houlton showroom a few times now and are hoping to buy a home with William Davis. We recently bought a property on the wellington place development the staff were incredible especially Tracey she helped us a lot and we are so grateful for all she did to support us! Nothing was too much trouble for June the Sales Advisor on site. She was always cheerful, helpful and very knowledgeable. The house itself is perfect, the finish and quality is second to none, we have not found one single ‘snag’ absolutely excellent!. Thank you to the office and site team who again were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble! Would not hesitate to recommend William Davis Homes to anyone you will not be disappointed!
