I rang Spa seekers as my voucher clearly stated that a 1 hour treatment was included. When I booked the spa day the hotel stated no treatments were included so I called Spa seekers to clarify. They confirmed no treatments but agreed my voucher was printed incorrectly. I think this is quite poor customer service and could appear as mis-selling. I was offered a refund for the voucher price but as it was a gift I said no but I would be cautious of buying a voucher here if they do this (it appears to be a better deal than it is).

Fantastic customer service. Very polite and extremely helpful when i made a mistake when booking. I 100% recommend.

Easy to use and book experience

The web site was easy to navigate and the price was good it would be good if they give you an option to book extra paid treatments should people want them and the dinner menu with prices if the dinner isn’t included!
Other than that it was good.

Tried to book our spa which was a Xmas present from our daughter over a few days all I kept getting was vouchers not valid.
I called spa seekers to sort this issue we did want treatments but was not available for the twilight, they was only available if we booked another date and had a full spa day. Which for us is difficult as we work opposite shifts we rarely get time off together. So we opted to do the twilight spa instead of upgrading to a full day. So we carried on booking on the phone to be told we need to pay more money as the price has increased. I think this is totally unacceptable and out of order. My daughter was so upset to find out we needed to do this. If I could have I would have taken a full refund and booked with someone else or a spa direct.

I booked a spa day for myself, mum and sister. Once confirmed we booked leave, brought expensive train tickets, arranged childcare etc. 2 days later I was notified by the spa that I shouldn’t have been able to book as they were full and the would need to cancel. I contacted spa seekers via their chat and was advised I could cancel (wasting leave, train tickets etc) or book at the only other spa in that town which costs more than twice the price for an equivalent package. They offered a 7% discount on this, as the ‘highest available discount they could offer’ I pointed out as a blue light card holder I was already entitled to 10% discount, it was confirmed these both couldn’t be used, so I’d be worse off using their 7% goodwill gesture. I have emailed a complaint and haven’t yet heard back but I am seriously unimpressed so far, as it seems that due to a fault with either the spa or spa seekers (who my contract is with) myself and family members will be inconvenienced and left out of pocket. Should spa seekers respond constructively to my email to address this I will update my review accordingly.

Start to finish the welcome the friendliness of staff, the food the spa the treatment second to none.

Great correspondence with the consultant regarding a spa break booking up until the point they vanished completely. A new person then took over who clearly hadn't read all the correspondence which led to them booking a different date which I then had to cancel. Wasted several days emailing forward and back (all the while the price kept increasing) all for nothing, and now I have to start the process over.

Easy to navigate. Found what I was looking for. Good communication.

We planned everything around booking the dates shown as available on the web site, arranged time off work, childcare etc .. booked and paid for the spa day on the web site, confirmation of booking all received…. Only to be told the following day there was no availability and even though we had booked and paid we could not go . Obviously completely disappointed as we were assuming the spa seekers show availability, and that the information is accurate, will
