Super service at a great price
Fantastic experience in organising our valuation report for Help to Buy. Contacted them via email and the lovely Lisa responded super quickly and with a great price. We had the valuation booked in for the very next day and the valuation report in our inbox that same night! Couldn't recommend Winfields more - I wish more companies were like this!

Help to Buy survey - provided a fantastic service at a reasonable price.
Brilliant service - I needed a valuation for the purpose of repaying our help to buy equity loan. From the first enquiry, to providing the end valuation, the team have been efficient and helpful. They are very reasonably priced and provide the perfect service for anyone looking for a RICS surveyor, I would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic experience with Winfields Surveyors for our Help to Buy valuation. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and incredibly efficient. Communication was clear and prompt, and the surveyor was friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough.
The valuation was carried out quickly and delivered on time, which made a potentially stressful part of the Help to Buy process completely hassle-free. We felt confident we were in safe hands throughout and were impressed by the high level of service and attention to detail.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Winfields Surveyors to anyone needing a Help to Buy valuation or professional surveying services. An excellent experience all round, especially from Lisa - thank you.

You have never done business with this company. This is a complete fabrication and we will be formally engaing soliciotors from hate speech. This is not the only company you have done this too. Please expect a responce from our solicitors in due course.
Matrimonial survey - caused more issues
When a survey is done for matrimonial purposes the aim is to minimise dispute. The survey we had completed by Winfields did the exact opposite with errors and inconsistencies and a lack of clarity leading to further dispute that we are still dealing with months later.
When I got in touch regarding several errors it took a weeks to hear back and when I did hear back I was accused of trying to influence the survey. Despite all errors being the fault of the surveyor.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the outcome of the report. However, we must respectfully disagree with your comments regarding the quality and intent of the survey.
Our surveyor carried out the valuation in line with the professional standards required for matrimonial purposes, which aim to be impartial and fair to all parties involved. While we understand that these situations can be highly sensitive, our role is to provide an independent assessment based on the facts and evidence available at the time of inspection.
We responded to your concerns as promptly as possible, and when a client attempts to challenge the findings of a report in a manner that appears to seek a different outcome, we do have a professional duty to maintain independence and objectivity.
That said, we always welcome constructive dialogue and regret that you felt the process added to your stress. Should you wish to discuss any remaining concerns formally, we would be happy to do so through the appropriate professional channels.
Avoid at all cost
Avoid at all cost! How this company is still trading is beyond me. They are absolutely inept and are unable to follow through with anything they offer. We have tried several times to get through on the phone but no one answers!!! Terrible customer service.

Shared Ownership Valuation
Thomas helped us with a shared ownership stair casing valuation . The service was excellent . Very knowledgeable and a fast turnaround. Price was also extremely competitive. Highly recommended.

First Class Service
Winfield's have been absolutely fantastic to deal with from start to finish, we had an absolute nightmare with Help To Buy and needed various updates from them and nothing was too much trouble. I was recommended them and I would certainly pass on the recommendation to others.

Gill completed a Full level 3 survey…
Gill completed a Full level 3 survey for us just before Christmas. When we needed to reschedule, he was incredibly flexible and understanding and still managed to turn the report around in a week. The report was thorough and as expected but what really helped us in assessing the scale of the work to be done was the kind and clear way Gill ran through the issues with us at the property as part of the survey and the huge range of detailed photos (particularly those captured of the roof). Would highly recommend for both the customer service and the detail of the report.
