Would 100% recommend
We recently used Winfields' services for a RICs valuation to redeem our help to buy loan.
Tom was great, he arrived promptly and was professional yet friendly.
The report was sent back to us within 2 working days along with steps to complete the application form for Help to Buy. They really know what they are doing which offers a lot of confidence to customers who need guidance with this type of thing.
