This method of receiving payment is more organized. I wouldn't change anything when it comes to getting payment from the 1099 contract. Also, being able to see the invoices and the breakdown of things is amazing.

Awful phone service as no one can answer the phone due to daily high call volume, I’m sure due to their poor customer service. I have not been paid on time repeatedly by them because they keep asking for reverification of my profile such as name social & tax Id. No notice was given despite having that checked by email I was not going to be paid until I do so. Who do they think they is to hold my money?!? Don't use them they play with your money and time by acting stupid and makes you have to request instant pay on your pay day what a joke!!

It's fairly easy to use, and I trust it for submitting invoices easily. It's a secure site and I have no worries about data security.

Website is exceptionally easy to navigate. The lifestyle options are great jump off points and most helpful. Financial options definitely useful for small business owners.

I thoroughly enjoy my experience with h wingspan. It is really easy to navigate. The ability to to access data easily and when needed is paramount to having a successful business. This application has simplified tracking my finances by providing the ease of access to all things financial at my fingertips.

Literally go with any other company. The only saving grace with them is that they do send tax payments to the IRS which is why I stayed with them but I've had so many issues with them with late deposits, incorrect amounts being deposited vs what's on my invoice, and most importantly if you have an issue their customer service is very slow with responding... it could take days or weeks to get a payment issue resolved which is problematic especially if you're using it for your main source of income. I'd recommend using another system for invoicing then just sending tax payments directly to IRS through EFTPS.

Recently took on a new freelance client who uses Wingspan for invoicing and payment. Setting everything up was a breeze, but the best part was submitting my invoice. It was just so easy to create and send! Looking forward to my next invoice with Wingspan.

Wingspan was great for months, but the past several months, the ‘instant deposit’ is taking days. There is no way to actually contact someone. This time, it took them two full days to respond to my issue and then they said the deposit was rejected. Of course, they have no proof of that and my bank has no record. And my deposit account hasn’t changed in the year and a half that I have been using them. So I am now SIX DAYS past the deposit date I paid to get, and still no payment! So frustrating to get any actual help and you can never speak to someone. I had an issue last month and the month before as well. What is going on?!

I love the app so I am aware of my invoices at all times. My second time using wingspan for invoicing and I was honestly a little hesitant about the $25 one time processing fee but I really didn’t miss it.
Would definitely recommend wingspan to friends and relatives.

Simple and easy website to use and process invoices.

Unfortunately, my payee uses Wingspan, so I'm stuck with them...Up until now, things have been fine with Wingspan, but now I have an issue and no way to get immediate help... Yesterday, Oct 10th, was payday, and I've never had an issue getting paid. I reached out to Customer Support, and AFTER SIX HOURS or so, received a response that the payment WAS sent and may not show in my account until today. I had recently changed direct deposit banks, so I thought maybe it was on the bank side, but they advised they saw no pending deposit. Fast-forward to today, and I received an email that the payment was rejected. Unfortunately, Wingspan's website only shows the last 4 digits of the banks, so I was unable to verify if it was a routing/account typo or not. Since it's now urgent, I updated the banking information and added it as "Instant" pay, meaning I'd get paid within the hour; that was nearly 4 hours ago, and I've yet to see my payment; is this what I'm paying a 1% "fee" for?! Also, after updating my pay info, I manually re-added the other banking info, not realizing it would be the new "Default" payment; I immediately re-set the other bank account as the "Default." Now, I am left wondering if I haven't received it because it was sent to the account I manually added, even though it was only there for maybe 10 seconds (it does not have an Immediate Pay option) or if it's something on Wingspan's side. Again. So I reached out to Chat, which supposedly has daytime hours, yet I am still waiting, 3.75+ hours later, for a response via Chat, even though it is now, and has been, during the timeframe they supposedly respond. AND it's the weekend, for which we have plans since Monday is my husband's birthday... If Wingspan is not going to answer Chat in a timely fashion, there should be some way to contact them via phone! This has been a horrendous experience, and as of this second, it is still going on.

Wingspan keeps me informed and gets my funds to me on time! I'm so appreciative of their services!
