to be honest ,the process was very easy and understand, all you have to do is follow the directions .

I love the promptness they give when comes to invoices. I love how accurate the time keeping is for self contractors. I love how it’s all compact and if you have a task it shows til complete.

It was efficient. I have never had an online payment system set up this quickly. I had 30 minutes before i had to get my kids from the babysitter, and hoped it would not take too long. It took less than 5 minutes! Now i have time to leave this review and do something else as well!

My entire experience with Wingspan has been great! Deposits are made in a timely manner and support is responsive and helpful. There are also many other features and services available that really help with my independent contracting business! I really cannot recommend it highly enough, as it is rare to find a company that truly does what they say they will.

My invoices are CONSTANTLY paid late. Customer service just tells you to wait while they hear from another department for days on end. Does anyone else have bills to pay? I'm pretty sure, oh well I know Wingspan is not reimbursing you for time and money lost dealing with their BS

Very simple process. I was hesitant when asked to do this for a client, but was very pleased with how straightforward it was to set up an account. Hopefully this will facilitate revenue cycle, but I haven't experienced that yet

I am very new to using Wingspan. And I am very pleased with there service. I haven't had a bad experience at all!

I have utilized Wingspan for over a year now, and rarely have I had a delayed payment until this month. I have almost $1000 of payments from clients that have not been deposited into my account. One of the first payments was on August 2; it is now August 26 and not in my account.

I reached out to support on August 19. The head of support has been kind and heightened my issue, yet, I have had to continually follow up to press the issue. Patience and trust are now lost.

Wingspan had been a tremendous help to my small business, but at this point, with five payments "stuck" with no update of why and when I will receive them, they are proving to be untrustworthy.

This is my first time on this platform and I like how quickly they respond. The information is also very clear. I notice that they meet deadlines.

Wingspan is so easy to use. The reports are very informative and make reporting for tax purposes seamless. We use the program for several job reporting locations. I hope the program will continue to expand.

Wingspan has repeatedly withheld funds and delayed contractor payouts without prior notice, sometimes for more than a week. This has created mistrust between our company and our contractors, leaving them unpaid for uncertain lengths of time.

The lack of reliability makes Wingspan unfit to handle our business or ensure timely payment to quality workers. Additionally, their support is limited to chat or email, with no option to speak with a live representative.

Once the current funds their withholding are released, we’re terminating our relationship and going elsewhere.

Unfortunately, what started out fairly good has deteriorated over time.

First, let's talk about how they pushed the Wingspan Wallet on our group saying we would get paid a day earlier. I signed up for that, and for the first few months it worked well.

Then it got to be later in the day and no payment. Their own staff didn't even understand what we had been told about getting a day earlier; when I complained loudly, I finally was told that it would be available after noon.

They then changed banks. Should be simple. Disconnected the card from the bank account associated with the Wingspan Wallet and while I have a new account number, I was never given a new card.

Fast forward to finding out today, the day I am supposed to see the funds in my account, and I get an email stating I will see the funds August 16--two days past the date I'm supposed to get the funds.

Their customer service doesn't answer their phone and they say they will contact you in 24 hours. Sure, but they likely will not even answer the question you asked or give you a straight answer.

I absolutely hate this company.

I was overwhelmed at the beginning, once I used it. I realized my fears were unfounded, it is effortless to follow instructions and understand the app.
