I bought one of their oversized hoodies two weeks ago, and it’s already become my favourite, I barely take it off! The quality and weight are amazing, and it washes really well too. I’d definitely recommend it to a friend, and I already need it in another colour!

I returned a pair of trainers under their chosen courier in November 2025. I have not received a £150 refund for these and there has been no attempt from wit to resolve this.
Will NEVER use again. Purchased lifting trainers that never arrived at my address. Submitted a complaint with both the Post Office and Wit (11 emails to Wit) yet I’m still £150 down with no product. Horrendous customer service
Absolutely shocking customer service from WIT.
I bought a pair of trainers and returned them, and I am owed £117 back. I used Royal Mail (their chosen returns carrier), and tracking confirms the parcel was delivered back to WIT on 28th January.
It is now 18th February and I still have not received my refund.
There has been a complete lack of proactive communication, and I’ve been left chasing my own money. This is unacceptable — customers shouldn’t have to wait over three weeks for a refund when the item has clearly been received.
Extremely disappointing experience and I would think twice before ordering again.
I recently purchased a pair of Nike Metcons from WIT Training, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The website is incredibly easy to navigate, making it simple to filter through options and find exactly what I was looking for. The checkout process was just as smooth, meaning payment was quick and hassle-free.
What really impressed me was the communication (I was kept updated throughout the entire delivery process), so I knew exactly when to expect my order. The shoes arrived right on time, were well-packaged, and are in perfect condition. It is rare to have such a seamless online shopping experience where every step is handled so professionally. I really could not fault a single thing; I highly recommend them for anyone looking for top-tier training gear!

Do not buy from Wit, had an awful experience with being sent faulty trainers. I sent them back and asked for a refund or replacement. Was left without an answer for over 2 weeks, despite continually chasing.
After finally having a response it was like talking to a robot, they did not read my email at all and just kept asking for a proof of postage and to start the returns process. Their returns system even displayed the order as returned and when the proof was sent was left without answer again for two days.
I bought trainers that weren’t my size, but they exchanged them for me very quickly. Great customer service! 🫡♠️
First of all was sent the wrong order. asked to return it but not given a return label. Downloaded the label and sent back with Royal Mail over 2 weeks ago and my refund has still not been processed. I like their brand but the customer service is terrible.
Missing order - #14565
My order was marked as ‘delivered’ on 3rd November, but it never arrived. No parcel, nothing in my safe place, nothing with any neighbours. I reported it to WIT the very next day, 4th November.
Their customer service has been shockingly slow and unhelpful. I’ve provided every single document they requested, instantly, yet I’m still not convinced they’ve even bothered to submit the claim to Royal Mail. I’ve had zero meaningful updates and no sign of any progress.
I’m still £133.99 out of pocket, which I honestly can’t afford, and these trainers were meant to be a Hyrox event supporting McMillan Cancer. For a company of this size, the complete lack of urgency and communication is really unacceptable.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and deeply disappointing. I’m still awaiting a refund.

Great quality training gear, my go to everyday training shorts and tees. Fast service and recommend to everyone I train with.
