I also very much like the built-in DISC feature. It is much easier than sending the prospect to another DISC service and easy to access inside the application once it is completed. Also, they map the candidate's DISC directly to the "ideal" DISC so it is easy to interpret.

We have some closely related jobs we want to fill, and the WizeHire system also shows you the candidate's match to those jobs.

It is just a really well thought out system with great support.
