Après réception de mon appareil ils m’ont fait une proposition inférieure de 20% par rapport à l’offre initiale alors que mon téléphone était en parfait état !

Prenez énormément de photos de votre appareil avec beaucoup de détails pour éviter les litiges.

Je déconseille fortement de travailler avec ce reconditionneur.

I ordered an iPhone 15 Pro 512GB with a confirmed delivery window between July 8–11. Not only did they fail to ship the product within the promised timeframe, but they also ignored my messages for days — only replying after I insisted several times.

The explanation? They claimed a "battery issue" and casually informed me the phone might be ready sometime next week. No exact date, no compensation, no real accountability.

I lost:
– A time-limited discount code
– Several work opportunities
– A full week of wasted time waiting for nothing

This is not a professional seller. They advertise fast delivery and full transparency — yet deliver neither.

I strongly discourage anyone from buying from them. If you value your time, your money, and your peace of mind: stay away.

Worst customer experience I’ve had in years. Refurbed should seriously reconsider hosting this seller on their platform.

I sold my phone through Back Market and never received my payment. Zero support from customer service and the refurbisher was completely unreliable. Avoid this platform – terrible experience!

Shocking they have either sent pics of a different device or have damaged my device so that they can send a counter offer a lot lower than was offered shocking use at own risk

J'ai voulu revendre mon iPhone SE 2020 à 76 euros sur le site BackMarket.

Quelques jours après je reçois une contre-offre à 10 euros car le port de charge serait cassé et que le téléphone ne chargerait plus.

J'ai refusé. Ils m'ont renvoyé l'appareil dans un colis, téléphone mis dans une poche plastique déposée dans le colis, absolument pas protégée par du papier bulle ou autre.

L'appareil charge très bien. Absolument aucun problème au port de charge. Il avait par contre un poc au niveau de l'appareil photo alors que cela n'était pas présent à la base.

Je déconseille ces anarqueurs. Attention vous ne pouvez pas laisser votre avis sur BackMarket. A éviter à tout prix. Ne leur faites pas confiance...

Absolutely awful and a massive SCAM. I traded my device in with them sent in perfect condition, they came back and said it had marks all over the screen which they had created they then reduced the amount down to £195 whereas I got another quote from them for the same device in the condition they were stating it was now in and got £206. Very dodgy DO NOT USE.

Terrible, AVOID, within 1.5 years of having this iphone 11 Pro Max the battery had completely degraded to 70%. Had bought iphones from places before and battery had lasted years. They refuse to give a replacement or refund as it is just 6 months out of their years warranty even after accepting the return on amazon. Joke. Don't buy from here.

they are a great place to buy tools from. they send out quickly and help you if u have a quirey. friendly as well. reasonable priced

I wasn’t happy with the quality of the phone I bought online ( didn’t realise I could have chosen a better condition phone for more)
Returned the phone and a refund was issued as soon as it was received.
Can’t fault their customer service —- honest, transparent and always polite and fast to respond.

AVOID - Hands down the worse E-bay experience i have had in well over 15 years.
Purchased 2 iPhone 7's both with 12 month warranty, one worked fine but the other was faulty. Sent it back and received what was supposed to be a new phone but it was the same phone sent back with the same issues. This happened 3 times over the course of a year and in the end I had to get Ebay to step in as i was not getting any replies to emails. The phone is now out of warranty which seems be what wjd-store wait for as their obligation is then over. even with Ebay contacting them they still didn't resolve the issue or reply to emails I'm now £300 out of pocket with no working phone. Trading standards have been informed, please shop elsewhere Musicmagpie was a much better service

Bought an iPhone 7 Plus in November 2019. They market a 12 month warranty. Became faulty in July 2020, problems connecting phone calls and FaceTime etc. When calls did connect, I couldn’t hear the person on the other end and they could not hear me. Also there is a loud hissing noise when the phone did connect. I have restored the phone three times as I thought it might be a software issue. I have tried to contact this company three times over the period of 4 weeks and they don’t respond, not even an auto response.

8.9.2020 - I have had an email today from a Director of WJD Repairs who is now dealing with this issue personally. It seems that there has been some form of breakdown in the eBay messaging system and WJD hadn't been receiving my messages. He has promised to either repair or replace the iPhone 7 Plus. I have been impressed with both the tone and the eagerness to now get things sorted and I will happily amend my rating to 5 stars once the issue has been resolved.

5.10.2020 Whilst at the time of writing the issue has not been fully resolved, I have been impressed with the Director's keenness to get to the bottom of what seems to be a very puzzling issue with this particular phone. He has communicated with me regularly. I ordered 3 iPhones from WJD Repairs last year and the other two have been working fine.

Purchased a refurbished phone off ebay with them advertising a 12 month warranty. Phone broke after 8 months and they will not respond to any emails. Avoid.
