Unacceptable
I was looking for some cute bellbottoms jeans and Woodenault popped up. They were reasonable so I ordered a pair on August 20th. Every time I checked my order it said awaiting shipment so I reached out to customer service and all I was told on more than one occasion was to please allow more time. Finally after the second or third email I asked for a refund because I’ve waited and I needed them for a special occasion which has now passed all they would respond with was please allow us one more week I said no refund my money now they’re asking to refund 10% as a compromise and still ship the item absolutely unacceptable! I as a customer requested a refund on five different occasions and they have yet to refund it! I am livid and I will never order from this company again and I recommend nobody else do! I will now be filing a complaint with my bank to dispute the charge.
