One of the worst management
This is a shit company trying to take all your money by giving fake contract terms and conditions avoid this company. Recently trapped by this company and they also show fake properties.

Very helping and supporting especially Bella Caushi and her team Very Welldone and keep it up.

Two years ago I called Woodfell and told them my situation - I am a refugee, I don't speak English well, I recently found a job and I need long-term housing.

From the first days of communication with the employees and managers of Woodfell, I felt goodwill and attention to me. I managed to quickly complete the necessary documents and rent an apartment.

The apartment in APEX HOUSE became my first rented accommodation in Britain, and Woodfell was my first landlord.

I heard a lot of information from my friends about the existing problems with renting housing and the difficulties of interacting with the owners of housing, so when after some time I needed to change my place of residence, I did not dare to leave this beautiful house.

I see how the house and the area around it have changed - a closed courtyard and many young trees, clean and well-groomed.

Woodfell employees are friendly and sociable, always responsive, so everyday issues are resolved very quickly.

The Woodfell team provides its clients with services of the highest standard and I wish the entire Woodfell team productive and enjoyable working days filled with new achievements and a positive mood!

Woodfell is the highest level of professional management company, providing an excellent service to tenants, and offering welcoming and executive style buildings.

I would highly recommend.

The management company is amazing. If you need a repair it is done within a timely manner and the communication is quick and easy.

The 5 star reviews are fake!

I have been renting for 20 years and they are by far the worst landlords, by far! Constant mess around the building, making false claims before you move in like free WI-FI that mysteriously doesn't materialise. The people you speak to are rude and deny responsibility for not delivering on what they promised. I moved out several months ago and have been renting from a private landlord. What a difference. This development company are overstretching finance wise, and the tenants suffer because of it.

Wonderful, knowledgeable team with fast response times. I rented through them for 2 years and was given my privacy until any help with the property was requested. Good honest company that I would have no qualms using again or recommending to others.

I'm a resident of Beagle Close and have been very happy with Woodfell Asset Management. Our experience has been excellent from the start. Ergeta provided helpful advice during our move-in process, making everything smooth and stress-free.

Bella, the property manager, has also been incredibly supportive—always quick to respond and very efficient in addressing any concerns.

Overall, we’re very happy with our stay and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a well-managed property.

This place looks nothing like the adverts. We were told the building was finished when we moved in, yet over a year later, it’s still under construction.

The bin area is disgusting, the corridors constantly smell of sweat, and the management is completely disorganised. Parking was originally free, but now they’re charging over £600 a year. Worse still, they fined tenants for parking between January and April—even though they stated charges wouldn’t begin until May 2025.

They’ve even tried to increase the rent despite the building being an active construction site with serious safety concerns.

Avoid this management company at all costs. Seriously.

Recently started charging £50 a month for parking. Wasn’t stated anywhere in the contract although we have suddenly all received 6 months ‘free parking’. People have already received PCNs. The policy for building permits is unreasonable too (£3 per day, minimum).
Bin management is poor - the fence is breaking, hasn’t been fixed.
Building works have been going on for 5 months continuously and still no lift.
Woodfell are not proactive in informing their residents of changes on/around their property. We are expected to bear their costs at a short notice.
Others in the property share the same view and are in contact now to see what we can do.
