I’ve worked with both Helen Bean and Nancy Hacker over a number of months now and can highly recommend them for the service they provide with regards to conveyancing. They are always professional whilst also offering a very personal approach, which really helps make the whole transaction feel straightforward and stress-free. Service of this standard is rare.
I recently completed a remortgage with Tracey Parsons at Woodstock Legal, and the level of service was exceptional.
The lender raised a number of detailed queries, and Tracey worked closely with both our mortgage broker and myself to address everything efficiently and accurately. As soon as the mortgage offer was issued, she progressed the matter without delay.
From receipt of the offer through to requesting funds from the lender and redeeming the existing mortgage, the entire process was completed within 24 hours. This level of efficiency is highly unusual and reflects a strong command of the process and a clear commitment to client service.
Communication throughout was clear, responsive, and proactive. Tracey ensured all parties were aligned, which made what could have been a complex process feel straightforward.
Service of this standard is rare. I would not hesitate to recommend Tracey Parsons and Woodstock Legal.
