I recently completed a remortgage with Tracey Parsons at Woodstock Legal, and the level of service was exceptional.

The lender raised a number of detailed queries, and Tracey worked closely with both our mortgage broker and myself to address everything efficiently and accurately. As soon as the mortgage offer was issued, she progressed the matter without delay.

From receipt of the offer through to requesting funds from the lender and redeeming the existing mortgage, the entire process was completed within 24 hours. This level of efficiency is highly unusual and reflects a strong command of the process and a clear commitment to client service.
