Woodwind London replaced a few sticky pads on my clarinet, polished the keys and oiled the wood and cork. Booking and payment was seamless via the online form and payment link but most impressive was Slavena (and her colleague Edward). Their knowledge of musical instruments was evident from the moment I walked into the workshop and I came away feeling happy that my instrument was in safe hands.

Edward offers a bespoke service which is quite simply excellent. He is extremely thorough and very competent. He has worked on my vintage tenor, a top end Yanagisawa and an entry level alto - all perfectly done and at a very reasonable price. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Ed was super helpful, lovely guy, great communication, did a great job on my alto and really good turn around time :) Would very much recommend! Also provided a lovely replacement sax for me to take to work while mine was being repaired :)

Absolutely amazing service. Answered my query with a few hours and asked me to pop in the next day. Then took a look and made minor repairs with urgency and priority all within 24 hours. Was a mad panic as Grade 4 exam was just a few days later. They will now be my default service provider for my flutes.
