Routine follow up on last year's flute service. Once again impressed by professional approach and quality of work. Edward takes care to listen to the issues and offer solutions. Getting in touch is straightforward and the work is carried it in a timely reliable way in accordance with the dates agreed. He is always.willing to offer further advice and expertise if needed.

First class professional service
I found the company to have a very professional approach. Edward was an excellent communicator and charged a very fair price for what he did. There were no hidden costs and everything felt very transparent. I was very pleased with the work done on my saxophone.

Ed was fantastic!
Ed was fantastic!! I took in my tenor sax as my hands weren’t large enough to reach around the palm keys. He created extensions for me (I’m sure there is a technical term) and they are great! He also fixed my alto sax in a matter of minutes!
Highly recommend!

Superb professional and quick check-up and repair service
Got my son's Trevor James Alto for annual check-up, it turned out keypad needed changing. The guys have done everything right there and then within 30 minutes, and even repaired and adjusted couple of minor things while doing it. The service was absolutely great, the guys were friendly and really helpful, and the price was way lower than I expected. I cannot recommend highly enough. Will definitely stick with them for future annual service and any repairs.
