Big sign on door tells them packages go in carport on chair. I live in a trailer so it might be 25 steps to the chair in the carport.

I just received my diabetes material and I am very pleased. It has already been very helpful to have the info readily available.

The cable works well and is well made. I was under the impression that it was buy one cable and get one free but I only received one cable. It is very sturdy cable that looks like it will not bend or break with a thick coating and it even lights up when it's plugged in.
Still waiting for the second cable to be sent, otherwise good

BUYER BEWARE. I’m genuinely frustrated with this company. Not only did I not receive the full product as advertised, but raising the issue, the responses I received did not properly address my questions. They insisted that all the items were sent. I spent $72 USD on this order, and I did not receive the full product as advertised. To make matters worse, they offered me $8 USD as compensation — which is nowhere near acceptable given how much I paid and how much was missing. If a company can’t provide what they advertise or communicate properly when something goes wrong, that’s a serious problem. This makes me believe their advertisements to be a SCAM.
