I found the process efficient and friendly
I found the process very efficient and friendly and it was lovely that there was no fuss about any medical issues I have and so I didn't end up feeling like some freak who shouldn't even be thinking about going on holiday.

I found the experience ok
I found the experience ok. I had used this company before and it would be handy if some information was kept so I didn’t have to repeat myself constantly especially when completing the quote for 4 people. It should let you add to it rather than restart from the beginning. The price was reasonable. I’m not a fan of getting quotes online. I had phoned to see if I could get a better deal actually talking to someone but they said no and the quote online is what I would be quoted from them. I found this unusual as when I usually phone to speak to a company 99% of the time you get a better deal! I will continue to shop around to get annual insurance when it needs renewed. I have recommended this company to others in the past.
