Communication with the seller is terrible. Scammers. Do not buy from them. I lost 600 euros

Does not send the tickets in time. After they do they send you the wrong tickets. Incredible untrustful.

I got my ticket in time, everything went fine. Although I think you should work on the TicketCover service.

Spannend was het wel. Is het betrouwbaar? Toch uitgeprobeerd. Na een aantal dagen nog geen e-tickets ontvangen. Dus gemeld in mijn account aan de Customer Care. Een dag later e-tickets ontvangen. Bleek alleen van een dag eerder dan geboekt. Wederom gemeld en telefonisch contact. 1 dag later de goede e-tickets ontvangen per mail. Perfecte plaatsen gekregen zoals beschreven bij boeking. Mijn beoordeling is daarom 5sterren, met als aantekening goed nakijken en communiseren!

In het begin nog wel gedacht dat het mis kon gaan, maar alles tot tevredenheid gegaan.

This site completed no checks or controls and offers only limited compensation. It may work sometimes but is also often used as a fence for forged or copy tickets. AVOID AVOID AVOID !

EAsy and straight forward booking system. Tickets recieved by email log in. All very hany for all those concerts that are sold out. The prices are high but that is the way it is.

I have seen several reviews where people are shocked when receiving the tickets, and they see they have paid 2-3 times the face value of the ticket.

This is a site for reselling tickets! Private people who for some reason cannot attend an event, have a chance of selling their ticket under controlled circumstances, and this is a service that Worldticketshop handles really well! The sellers was taking a long time in uploading the tickets, which made me a bit nervous, After some communication with the staff, the tickets were finally uploaded. Indeed, I paid 4 times the face value to see a world-class star who is on a world tour where EVERYTHING is sold out via the official channels. My wife and I celebrated her 40-year birthday in the best way possible, this was a once in a lifetime experience. Thanks to worldticketshop for helping make this a good experience. I cannot judge the way tey work if things go bad - but buying a used ticket always involves a risk, and you need to make up your mind what the risks and consequences are of buying tickets here.

Ordered Benfica football tickets but was staying at an apartment in Lisbon that couldn't take delivery, so the seller hand delivered to the airport for me upon arrival. Communication from Bram at worldticketshop was superb throughout. Really pleased :)

Tickets little bit more expensive however everything went very smooth, tickets uploaded almost week before, no problem latter on at all. I communicated with people from WorldsTicket couple of times in the past (football tickets for FC Barcelona and for AS Rome), they always answered in short time, within 24 hours. Hoewel de tickets erg duur waren (waar ik overigens dus wel "ja" tegen gezegd heb) was de service uitstekend. Zowel telefonisch als per mail, perfect. Toen uiteindelijk bleek dat de tickets toch iets anders waren dan afgesproken, zelfs een (kleine) refund-actie gehad. Hulde !

Die Karten habe ich online gekauft, was problemlos funktioniert hat. Zahlung ging auch recht einfach. Die Karten wurden mir dann einige Zeit später per Mail zugeschickt.

Places commandées de la France pour un match de foot en Espagne. Très satisfaite d'avoir pu choisir notre emplacement de façon précise (nous étions au 1er rang !). Grosse frayeur à l'idée de ne pas recevoir les places car hôtel et avion réservés. Mais tout était parfait, réception des places par e-billets bien suffisamment avant le départ. Je recommande.

when the person called me not anonymous I thought it will be oke. the 18 tickets were delivered the day before the match with a lot of rules, but it all went smoothly.

We bought tickets for Muse concert in Amsterdam. Everything went quite smoothly, tickets uploaded just in time before the concert. The support was very friendly and explained everything, so I didn't worry about the tickets not being uploaded for a while. Not bad at all.
