I couldn't buy tickets to football game, all tickets in Polish companies were sold out. And then I found WorldTicketShop.
I didn't know this company and thay have many bad feedbacks in Internet.
I risked and purchased two tickets. TWO DAYS BEFORE EVENT!!! I was woried if they manage to deliver tickets to me on time. One day before event I received an e-mail with information in which hotel I can collect tickets. They gave me the name of a person waiting for me and his mobile phone. Next day, on event day, I met this men and they gave me two tickets. They asked to show my tickets order number and they took a picture of me as a proof that I collected tickets. Funny but it worked.
If I need tickets in the future that are impossible to get on the market, I will buy it from WorldTicketShop again.

Fully recommended.

Заказали три билета в 21.04 на концерт "АС-ДС" в Варшаве. Деньги списали. 384,51 GBP. Сегодня увидел по БАНКОВСКОЙ ВЫПИСКЕ возврат денег. Спасибо большое! А письмо лень было написать??? И главный вопрос ; А БИЛЕТЫ ГДЕ??? Хорошо, что выписку посмотрел- так и ждал бы билеты...

This is a 100% fraudulent company. They are in business to STEAL your money. You will not get tickets, and you will not get a refund. You have been warned.

These crooks HAVE NO TICKETS. They advertise tickets to every event in the world....and after you pay them, they go out and try to find tickets. When they fail, long after you have spent money on hotels, airfares, etc, you will be lucky to get back PART of your money, and NONE of the wasted costs.

I repeat. They are a complete scam....outright criminals. Shame on the Dutch for allowing these con men to operate in your country.

Nach vielen negativ gelesenen Kommentaren kamen mir auch Zweifel an einem positiven Ende zwecks Karten erhalt etc. Bei Fragen an den Kundenservice kam sofort eine Antwort und auch die Lieferung der Tickets für Arsenal - Liverpool verlief dann anschließend recht zügig. Konnte mich nie beschweren und hatten eine einmalige Erfahrung beim Fußball in England :)

Après une petite frayeur car l'envoi des tickets ne furent pas livré à la bonne adresse. Je les ai finalement reçu deux jours avant l’événement.
J'ai bien cru que je m'étais fait avoir.
Le problème avec ce site, c'est l'encaissement anticipé des billets et la réception tardive une semaine avant l'évènement. J'étais méfiant, car si les billets n'étaient pas arrivé à la bonne adresse la 2e fois, le litige aurait été compliqué à arbitrer car cela aurait été ma bonne foi contre celle du vendeur... le site étant l'arbitre. Et ayant connu des problèmes avec des plateformes comme ebay...j'étais fébrille quand au réglèment du litige qui est souvent en faveur du vendeur... Bref, tout va bien au final (ce qui n'est pas le cas de beaucoup de monde via ce site j'ai l'impression) mais j'émet des réserves sur la façon de procéder du site. PS: point positif, le site a bien relayé les informations d'erreur d'adresse et de suivi.

Recieved the tickets for the Darts at Alexander Palace the day before the event, was worrid after reading the reviews of the company that they were not going to arrive. The seats were nearer to the back than the front even though we paid £320 for the 2 tickets but it was still a great night and expected to pay over the odds using a tout.

I purchased Lowlands Festival Tickets (in the Netherlands) from WorldTicketShop (WTS), via my PayPal Account, June 1 2014.

Through a series of messages, WTS asked me to provide them a local address in the Netherlands where they would have the festival tickets waiting for me upon my family and I check in. I provided WTS this information and thought everything was set just fine, that upon my arrival to the hotel, I would have three Lowlands Festival Tickets waiting for me (and for my 19 year-old daughter and my husband).

I was traveling through Europe, from August 1-18th, 2014, and had limited internet access. I was traveling from the State of Alaska, in the United States. WTS knew I was traveling through Europe, and delivery to a local address in the Netherlands at the SELLERs request worked for me, as well as for the Seller (apparently) and so I agreed. The SELLER requested to do this, I did not, but I agreed to it under the circumstances of my families travel.

When I arrived at our hotel on August 15th, 2014 in Ermelo Netherlands, the hotel explained that no package had arrived for me. WTS failed to provide the tickets on the date they said they would, and at the location they said they would. WTS could have very well UPS’d the tickets to the Hotel, even when they didn’t hear from me (they said they emailed me requesting that I receive tickets via email on 8/11/14), WTS could have still lived up to the agreement - - they had 4 days to do this. They could have called the hotel asking the hotel for their email address and sent them via email and had them still waiting for me at the hotel as promised. WTS could have CALLED me and left me a voicemail. There were multiple ways that WTS could have satisfied the agreement, and they did not.

I have been charged for a service and for tickets I never received and it was over $1000USD for these tickets, totally messed up the end of my families vacation. Anyone know how to help me recover these costs since PayPal will not (its been more than 45-days since purchase).

Price of the ticket was hardly 50 € i paid 110 per 1, Outragous

All set for the big day and just informed that tickets no longer available. The prices are much more inflated than they were paid for and as such that makes me wonder. Bought and paid for these tickets 3 months ago, just not right! Have paid for flights and hotel, terrible. Tickets still on sale for event too, overall shocking.

I made only good experience with worldticketshop.You have to stay in contact with customer service if you have any questions. I informed CS about new delivery address and i had no problems. I got my tickets in time .

Recently I bought football tickets on their website and put a shipping address which was different from my personal address. Without any reason they instructed a seller to send the tickets to my personal address, explaining that they were worrying about tickets safety in a hotel. Can you imaging it? When I asked for a delivery refund, I was refused.

I purchased 2 tickets to this event as a gift for my son who travelled especially to Madrid for the match. I understand that the price (set by the seller) is significantly above the face value, but this was to be a gift to my son for a special occasion, so that was not the main issue. I was originally concerned if the tickets would actually reach my son who was travelling a considerable distance and spending money on flights and hotel accommodation etc. I had read mixed reviews regarding this issue. However All the arrangements went well; my son had a great time and enjoyed the game.
My contact in the customer service department took such good care of us and had a continued interest and excellent communications throughout the whole process.

I was nervous to buy tickets from a ticket servicer because it was a first for me. It turns out I should have trusted my instincts! We bought tickets from them (so I thought) and then I received an email to the ticket seller that said they would cancel our order, at no penalty to him, since he didn't have the tickets he advertised. Yes, that's right. The seller didn't even have the tickets he was selling! World Ticket Shop SAYS they have a Buyer Guarantee at 120%, but that didn't apply for whatever reason. I filed a complaint 12 days ago, called them and inquired and still have heard NOTHING! And I never did get any resolution from them! How can you advertise tickets that you don't have? How can World Ticket NOT penalize the seller? I won't every buy from them because I can't trust that they actually have the tickets! AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! Do you really want to be that person that this happens to AGAIN! Because if they take no action against their sellers for this sort of behavior, believe me, IT WILL HAPPEN AGAIN!
