Abrahim was prompt, professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

5 yrs after our kitchen had been fitted the lamination on the doors started to bubble. Recognising this to be faulty, WREN did not question my complaint and immediately set about arranging for all kitchen doors to be replaced at their expense. Their customer services is second to none and I would most definitely use WREN again. Thank you.

Huge regrets going with Wren and we are only part the way through this installation, so Iam sure there is more to come . Too angry to even detail the problems we have had (salesman is a liar) suffice to say we would not recommend.

Just had my kitchen measured with Z.Hussain. He arrived on time and kept me informed the morning prior to arrival of eta. Really lovely happy lad informed me of the process and was very efficient, and polite. Hoping the rest of the process and dealing with wren entail same level of communication and rappor. Ben & Andre were friendly, cooperative and quick. They were careful bringing units in to the house through a narrow hallway and managed to get everything in to a relatively small space…I bet they’re great at Tetris!

I had great experience with Jemma Smith in customer services with Wren, She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for.
I had a number of issues that needed looking into, nothing was too much trouble, and she made the whole process straightforward.

Adam arrived on time ,asked relevant questions and completed the job efficiently and quickly

I spoke to Abby who talked me through a zoom call, she was kind and patient and put me at ease.
The items have now been ordered, ABBA gave me a good customer experience.

I am really disappointed with my experience with Wren Kitchens. From the very start, the lead times were far longer than what we were originally told, which caused a lot of disruption to our plans. The design we received also wasn’t up to standard – I raised my concerns directly with the designer Kriti, but unfortunately never got any response from her at all. On top of this, we have now found damage on the worktop once delivered. We expected much better communication, quality and customer service from such a well-known brand, and so far this experience has been really frustrating.

We moved into a new build house with a wren kitchen installed 2 years ago. From the start we have had problems with doors hanging off of integrated appliances, paint coming off of doors and now another door coming out of alignment on another integrated appliance. Customer service is non existent - I have emailed, telephoned ( I was told someone would get back to me and never did) and so far nothing. It seems they don’t care.

I brought a kitchen from Wren and I was extremely happy with the experience. My designer I was booked to see was Imran Moughal he was excellent very experienced and knowledgeable. He provided outstanding service and guided me through every step of the process. He was professional and patient and happy to listen to my plans. He find a kitchen for me within my budget which was very surprising. I had quotes from other well known kitchen suppliers but Imran offered me the best deal and price. I highly recommend Wren and make sure you see Imran Moughal.

I had my kitchen installed with Wren Kitchens (Great Western Road), and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The external installer, Terry, was absolutely fantastic—he went above and beyond throughout the whole process and ensured everything was completed to a very high standard.

Overall, the service was 5-star and the finished installation is brilliant. Highly recommended!

Called 15 minutes prior to arriving to let us know, which was appreciated. Maneuvered lorry down a tricky road. Were warm and friendly on arrival, protected the door and worked out where best to place each item.
