What went wrong is buying from Wren, kitchens are top quality however if you have an issue customer service is shocking, apparently its my fault that i had a unit panel delivered that was white but my kitchen is green, as it was scanned off the lorry you would have thought the scanner would have picked up an error. I have to pay £300 for my fitter to install 3 parts that he cant now, wren offered £150, but i still think this is unfair.

Wren installed white gloss kitchen cupboards into the 7 new build houses in our road. All the cupboards in each house turned yellow quickly and despite raising this with Wren under our guarantee, they have repeatedly ignored us. After some research it seems there is a defect with white gloss. Do not buy from this company!

I rang and spoke to Samuel this afternoon. He was very polite, helpful and professional. He dealt with all my concerns, and was able to arrange delivery next week for a new replacement decor panel.
I was very impressed by the service.

Wren have provided a great customer service and outcome and as a consequence of the way they handled some potentially difficult delivery issues, they have proved that they place customer satisfaction and service at the heart of what they do. I would like to call out 2 members of the team - Callum from the Guildford outlet who was incredibly helpful and creative in designing my kitchen and Zasha in the central customer service team. Through her professionalism and common sense caring attitude Zasha managed to prevent a delivery problem from becoming a major issue for me. In all my dealings Zasha showed great empathy and care and was keen to resolve matters in a fair and balanced way. In today’s often difficult world, Zasha’s approach was refreshing and positive and made Wren stand out from the crowd in terms of putting customers first. The end result was a happy customer and super kitchen. I would recommend as many people as I could to Wren on the back of this service.

Leon lamb was extremely helpful in ordering replacement hinges for us. He was patient and helpful on the zoom call and called us straight back afterwards to complete. Outstanding service.

Worst company ever. They put on order what ever they want. Installation team doesn’t have this is a joke. If I have to choose again I wouldn’t do it again. Please spend your money somewhere else.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Wren Kitchens, particularly with the kitchen designer.
From the very beginning, I made it clear on several occasions that we were keeping our existing worktops because they were less than a year old. Despite this, the designer produced a kitchen plan based around different-sized worktops, resulting in a design that simply didn't work with what we already had. This caused unnecessary delays, frustration, and additional stress that could have been avoided if our requirements had been listened to.
To make matters worse, several parts arrived either missing or damaged, creating even more inconvenience and delaying the installation further.
What disappointed me most was the response when these issues were raised. When I challenged the designer about the incorrect measurements and worktop issue, he denied knowing we were keeping our existing worktops, despite having been told multiple times during the design process. From my perspective, this contradicted our earlier discussions and left me feeling that responsibility was being avoided rather than the problem being addressed.
Overall, the lack of attention to detail, poor communication, missing and damaged parts, and the way the issues were handled have left me with very little confidence in Wren Kitchens. I would not recommend them based on my experience. Avoid but in particular kings lynnn sales office . On a positive note the customer services team and after sales support have been extremely helpful in their response .
