Communication has been clear, emails and text message reminders. J.Howes called before his visit to measure to give me an exact time of arrival. He was polite, friendly and respectful.

We were able to order 2 replacement handles. We were also able to update email address and mobile number, and also added my wife to the account. Excellent customer service.

Kay picked up the issue that was Being dealt with by another agent and resolved the matter for us.

Gary visited today to get some measurements for our kitchen that been redone soon! He was absolutely amazing! Really friendly chap, had a good chat and a good laugh! Asset to the company, massively

About Smith was professional, efficient, charming and punctual.in carrying out the kitchen survey.

Surveyor, Darren Atkinson arrived on time and was very polite and professional.

After a lovely experience in store choosing our wardrobes, including the VR headset experience, my Wren experience plummeted at great speed from that point onwards.

It took six delivery attempts to finally receive all the correct parts and complete the wardrobe. Thankfully, Sam, the fitter, was excellent and was by far the only positive part of the experience after the initial ordering process.

I have since submitted two formal complaints, the most recent of which was sent five weeks ago, and I am still waiting for any response from Wren’s Customer Care team.

Perhaps I’m just in a very long queue of complaints?

My advice: DO NOT use Wren unless you have a lot of spare time, patience, and a willingness to repeatedly chase them and make complaints.

My home service with R Barkely was very good ,He was a very pleasent man and completed a full check over my kitchen.He even tolerated my dog who followed him around abit.

Friendly efficient professional service

After having my order delivered I realised that the wrong tap had been sent. I rang customer service and spoke to Harrison. He was absolutely amazing and sorted everything out for me so easily and quickly with patience and no fuss.

They were delivering to a neighbour but parked across a marked disabled parking space. Refused to move back despite there being plenty of room which would still have allowed them room to make their delivery.

Appalling behaviour. Avoid this company like the plague until they mend their ways.

Promised a call from transport manager. Didn’t happen.
