Had a problem with a damaged sink…
Had a problem with a damaged sink sliding draw which was fitted Dec 2025. I sent picture via email to the showroom which I made the purchase the email was forwarded to head office. I had a prompt phone call the next day and a replacement was ordered for delivery within a 4 day delivery time frame. Was very satisfied with the Service given and the prompt delivery time frame which was free no charge replacement. In addition I asked to place and purchase additional shelving and shelf support brackets, which was given to me at discounted cost to be delivered within 12 days. I would like to thank REES at Head Office who was very helpful and supportive especially more so as I have some difficulties and disabilities in managing issues arising which needs attention. Also like to thank WOLF YIP Designer at the Acton Western Ave showroom who dealt with me reviewing my initial email, with follow up calls and kept me with a prompt telephone call informing me of referral to Head Office to deal with and advised I should hear from them within the next 1 to 2 days to deal with. The customer service and support and resolution was excellent and very very satisfactory conclusion.

Samuel made our experience very delightful and we were put at ease almost immediately.
Samuel made our experience very welcoming. He was polite, well presented and answered all our questions without hesitation. His customer service was 10 out of 10! He seemed very experienced in his job and looked like he enjoyed it very much. An excellent staff member for representing Wren Kitchens.

Amazing delivery team!
Our two man delivery team were brilliant! I’m astonished how they were able to get everything into our house with minimal disruption. I was extremely impressed. They were also very courteous and professional.
