I would give 0/1000 for this.the customer team never answer their phone, I have been on the phone for 3hours at a time.
After the money is taken off the customer they are not bothered to answer.

The Wren Kitchens delivery team, Keifer & Dean arrived right on time and handled all the heavy boxes with care. They were professional, friendly, and placed everything neatly in the rooms requested. Made the whole process completely stress-free!

Awful awful awful gutters and customer service
I had the wren kitchen fitted unfortunately using their fitters. The fitter went on holiday half way through leaving me without a usable kitchen for 6 weeks
Tried to speak to the showroom and they washed their hands off saying speak to customer service. That’s the worst customer service ever. After been on the phone for 45 minutes all they did was to say I will look into it.

Very good customer service and communication!
Very good customer service from the designer at the showroom through to excellent communication at all stages. The chosen WREN fitter (Paul) came to the house a couple of weeks prior to installation and completely put my mind at rest, he was clearly very experienced and professional. From then on everything went smoothly and I’m delighted with the finished utility room. My experience was extremely positive.
