I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Abbi arrived on time, was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly throughout the home measurement. Abbi was thorough, paid close attention to detail, and answered all of my questions with confidence and patience.
The appointment was well organised, efficient, and left me feeling confident that my new kitchen is in good hands. Abbi’s level of customer service is outstanding, and I genuinely appreciated how respectful and knowledgeable Abbi is.

Warranty claim was easy and smooth with no problem via the video call portal everything was done fast, with the delivery date for the replacement part all arranged and sorted in under 30 minutes.

Kitchen Unit Issue
Went to Wren Kitchens in Scunthorpe as we had an issue with a kitchen unit installed in August 2021. The Customer Assistant Crystal was extremely polite and attentive and took immediate ownership of the problem. Within 24 hours she came back to us with a satisfactory resolution. Fantastic customer service. You never know how good a Company is until you have a problem.
