I had the most amazing customer service from lovely Sam from Customer Support. Sam really listened to my situation and was very empathetic and just a superstar! So nice to be heard in a kind caring way, especially when you are in the middle of remodeling your kitchen, which can be very stressful. Thank you Sam for your help.

From start to finish kitchen by Wren
From start to finish, Wren (Aintree) were very welcoming and great listeners. Nothing was to much trouble when we were asking questions . Matheel ( kitchen designer) was exceptionally brilliant. He discussed various items, were to install them, were things would be more convenient and with an outstanding personality. He was very professional on the financial side of things, and was never once pushing us into having things that was not necessary. Martin the fitter was also top class, personality, workmanship and overall a fantastic person to have in our home. We cannot thank Wren enough for the joys of our new kitchen. Top jobs by a top company 👌.

Wren came out today to measure our kitchen ready for our in-store design appointment. S Wright who came out to us was brilliant, friendly, down to earth and answered all of our questions and even gave us new ideas we hadn't thought of. Highly recommend.

Absolutely do not recommend on any level ! Is there a zero star ?
Edit re comments below from Wren. I moved into a property where the kitchen was partially installed. I have only just had it finished 5 weeks later. Make up your own minds whether this is acceptable. Both Wren Kitchens and Campbell Homes (Ayrshire) are responsible for the nightmare we have gone through. Neither actually taking responsibility and blaming each other. No thought to the customer at all.
I moved into a new build and on the day of moving the kitchen was not finished, only when l actually moved in there were boxes of appliances over the dining room not installed yet, I have pictures l want to attach and I’ll look into that. Wren are doing the kitchens for Campbell Homes in Ayrshire.
No one will accept the responsibility, Campbell homes have told myself and the planning officer at South Ayrshire Council it was the fault of Wren Kitchens. I moved in around 5/6 weeks ago and the kitchen was eventually finished last Tuesday. I don’t recommend anyone buy a Wren Kitchens and I don’t recommend anyone buy a Campbell Home in Ayrshire.

Having reviewed the details of your case, we understand your concerns relate to the condition of the property and the timing of your kitchen installation when you moved into your new home. We appreciate how frustrating this would have been.
As this kitchen was supplied as part of a new-build development, the coordination of installation and the property's readiness for handover sits with the developer.
We note your comments regarding responsibility, however we are unable to comment on discussions between yourself, the developer and other parties. We can only address the elements of the installation that fell within our remit.
