User friendly & Motivational
Wundertax hat mich motiviert und dabei begleitet, meine Steuererklärung abzugeben. Sehr user friendly, step by step Durchführung. Die neue Version übernimmt sogar (größtenteils korrekt) die Daten aus meiner Gehaltsabrechnung.
Ich würde mir im Tool einen Hinweis/Option wünschen, zusätzliche Belege direkt mit der Steuererklärung einzureichen anstatt diese auf Anforderung nachzureichen.

I can definitely recommend Wundertax for its user-friendly interface and outstanding customer support.
I made a mistake in my tax return that I simply couldn't find. I contacted support, and within two minutes they identified the issue, fixed it, and everything worked perfectly.
I've honestly never experienced support this fast—especially considering it was the very last day for filing tax returns in Germany, after 5 PM on a Friday, when you'd expect response times to be much slower.
Excellent service and an excellent support team. Highly recommended!

Easy to use platform, helpful support
I've been submitting my taxes with Wundertax since 4 years, and only this year I had an issue with their platform. So, after reaching out to their support team, they replied on the same day and helped me out with the final step of my submission. Right on time before the deadline! Support was provided in English, which I appreciated greatly. Will continue to use their platform going forward.

We're sorry to hear that you were not fully satisfied with the calculation of your tax refund. Please note that the final decision on which costs are accepted is always made by the tax office (Finanzamt). You can check the detailed explanation in the written section of your tax assessment notice (Steuerbescheid) to see if any submitted expenses were not accepted. If you disagree with the decision, you can file an objection (Einspruch) with the tax office within one month of receiving the notice.

If you are a foreigner in Germany that is the software to use for tax declaration in Germany
If you are a foreigner in Germany and you can not find a tax advisor to prepare your tax declaration then Wundertax is the only software I would advice you to use. They are continuously improving and updating the sofware to match tax developments, its simply to use and your tax return with be more than 80% a match with the results of your tax declaration.

Unfortunately, in Germany only licensed tax advisors are allowed to contact the tax office on behalf of taxpayers. As an online tax filing service, we're not legally allowed to do that.
You're welcome to contact your local tax office yourself and politely ask for an update on the status of your tax return. We hope you can soon enjoy your tax refund! 😊
