Hello just bought another quality car from wynyard motors, unbelievable place to buy your car, from walking in there's no pushy sales people, browse as much as you want . Greg and Sean are there to help you with a smile and are so polite and easy going it's hard to find in a dealership nowadays , the cars are quality thanks to the staff in the back, if your looking for a car I would strongly recommend wynyard motors

Deflating experience in being sold a premium luxury car only to find out that it had a cracked and scratched windscreen (amongst other bodywork defects). My expensive Oakley sunglasses and my wife’s CD were kept by the dealership despite being promised they would send back our personal belongings. We were very patient and polite about all issues, but that didn’t make the slightest difference. Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere.

I bought a Mercedes C Class estate recently 09 plate so getting on a bit. Price was right and condition excellent as described. I found the salesman a genuinely nice guy. I did notice after a couple of weeks a bit of noise when going over a bump. My garage said it was the shock absorber but the subframe was rusty so needed new subframe. Wynyards told me to bring it back and they would have their garage look at it. I took it to Mercedes hoping for them to do it under warranty. They found no problem with the subframe but found shock absorbers were 'worn' also a noise from the breaks (I hadn't heard any noise) a couple of other things underneath. I think they were just finding problems for obvious reasons. Guy from Wynguards had a look at the report from Mercedes and told me to bring the car and they would do the lot- including rust treating the subframe with a coating. No cost to me. They did pads and brakes on the rear which seemed fine anyway but he said he just wanted me to be happy. And I am! I took the car into my garage for them to have a look and they found no problem. The subframe looked pristine- no holes from rust or mottled areas. Apparently subframe rust is a common problem with Mercedes. I felt they communicated with me well, asked to be kept in the loop and no quibble with the repair. I would buy from them again and recommend them. Lovely car!

I purchased a Nissan Juke nismo RS everything thing was fine until I notice when I got home the service history was missing. I rang the garage to get told it had been posted to me so that was fine. So I waited a week nothing rang again to get told it had been posted that day!! Still nothing a week later this went on for a month it must of been sent by pigeon!! After a number of pointless phone calls and calls not answered I got that sick I went to Nissan and bought a new service pack. I called in to the garage to get it stamped they stamped it once on the understanding of I would receive a email to cover me with the rest saying that the car had full service history when sold to me.. I never received that email…

Had a very good experience buying audi a4. Customer service was excellent and honestly answered any questions I had. Car was sold with service and mot freshly done plus new set of front and rear brake pads and disc's. Overall very happy and would highly recommend

Buy with Confidence! Absolutely outstanding customer service. After a long hard journey I experienced ease, comfort and pleasure in buying my Porsche. I was torn between two cars. A Porsche Macan and the Jaguar F Pace. With the overhanging pressure of a huge financial commitment round my neck. I had no choice but to make the right decision. The Managers helped by putting my dilemma to rest, they let me test drive the two cars to eliminate one of them for good. Choosing the right car is one's own decision, risk and luck. However to be welcomed and greeted with overwhelming respect by the staff, clearly demonstrated the level of success of the business, that sells high end prestigious cars. This concept gave me confidence in making my fussy choice. I love my car thanks to this company and its amazing staff.

Found this company when I was looking for a Smart car. They had one listed on Autotrader, but without any pictures. I emailed them and had photos emailed to me within a day.

A couple of phone calls and visits later, and I drove away in a very nice Smart Forfour.

It is a small dealership, so yes, you may have to wait for someone to help you, and yes some of the cars are very expensive, Ferries, Porsches,and Mercedes often are, but I found my Forfour to be a good value.

The staff where pleasant, not pushy and didn't try to sell me loads of extras.

If they have a car you are interested in, definitely go have a look.

I was sold a CLA45, and in under four months of buying it, all four brake discs were warped simultaneously (less than 5k miles done by me, 23k miles overall on a 2 year old car). The company took no ownership and have left me with a £1,500 bill to pay as it's 'my wear and tear'.

Their approach (and the response will undoubtedly prove) is unemphatic and shirks any responsibility, they will belligerently deny ownership whenever there is a fault with a car. When I queried it with them, they didn't even know the date I received the car; their record keeping is gung-ho and inaccurate.

You will be okay if they sell you a car with no issues, but their vehicle checks are substandard, and should you encounter an issue, you'll be left footing the bill.

I cannot stress enough, the deals might look good but you're running the risk of unexpected bills. Go to a proper dealer, these are cowboys. Do not buy a car from Wynyard Motor Company or any of their subsidiaries (LGM Prestige).

Would not recommend, walked in recently no one available. Prices are extortionate considering how much they offer for part ex. They make 1000’s from their poor customers.
Get a better deal at your main dealership.

I purchased a stunning AMG C63 back in May 2017.
Well 6 months have gone by and the car is fantastic. The condition is as described, the performance is more than enough and the buying process was trouble free.
From going in to look at the car, to PX the other car, and then picking up the new car, the whole deal was so simple that it was a joy to meet a dedicated team who strive to meet the customers needs.
