X-bionic.com ne sera jamais une grande marque de sport. Les produits ne sont pas assez aboutis, sortent trop à la hâte des bureaux R&D mais déçoivent sur le terrain. Par ailleurs les tarifs prohibitifs servent surtout à payer le marketing beaucoup trop flatteur comparativement aux résultats qu’ils obtiennent vraiment.

Letztes Frühjahr eine Laufhose als Geschenk bekommen. Nach zwei-maligem Tragen gerissen. Habe dann einen Gutscheincode bekommen für eine Neue. Soweit so gut. Nur leider waren keine kurzen Hosen mehr verfügbar. Also hab ich gewartet. Dann bestelle ich mir vor kurzem eine neue Hose weil wieder eine verfügbar war. (Wenn auch nicht die Gleiche die ich schon Mal hatte.) Jetzt bekomme ich das Teil und sie schaut nicht Mal annähernd so aus wie auf dem Foto. Viel zu kurz! Da ich so kurze Laufhosen nicht tragen will ging sie wieder zurück. Und natürlich darf ich das Porto wieder selbst bezahlen. Also hab ich 10 Euro für nichts bezahlt. Bin gespannt ob die Rückzahlung dann klappt. Aber nochmal bestelle ich da nicht.

I Wore their $150 garment twice and the seem started to go. I sent a photo and email and was told it was ‘user errror’

To add insult to injury, they refused to replace and,instead, sent a discount code which it turned out I couldn’t use to buy a replacement item.

Always know the brand and first time purchasing a couple of sets of ski base layers. Love the product. The sizes fit me differently from different product lines, but the customer service is top tier. Santiago did a great job replying super fast and actually listen to me and work with me to address any concerns. Product quality is just superior, you really get what you paid for with this company.

Very good equipment and quality.
Im running around 40Km per weeks by -10degres and in my opinion there are no better equipement for running/trail than the ones proposed by x-bionic.
Very well adapted to any condition and it offers me a great confort during my runs.
Its expensive, but to be honest, the last set that I bought hold me roughly 12years.

I am a long-time returning customer for X-Bionic. The first stuff I bought for my wife and myself around 20 years ago and we still use all of this which is amazing! I do mostly snowboarding, mountain skiing, road biking, ice skating, and my wife mountain ski and tennis. Wherever we need comfort - that's X-Bionic. Looking forward to placing more orders for years to come. When it comes to support - Santiago is a wizard to either answer your questions or help resolve issues. Great job guys!!!

I had an issue with the base layer I recently purchased. It tore while I was snowboarding. The problem was that this type of layer (Merino series) was not the best choice for such an active sport.

The customer support team responded quickly to my complaint and helped me by providing a promo code for the value of this base layer. And recommended me buy another option (Energy Accumulator 4.0. series)
