I am almost certain the majority of these posts are written by bots. First of all the pictures of our flat didn't reflect the flat we moved in to. We moved in and it hadn't been cleaned, tobacco and cannabis down the sofa and huge dustballs everywhere.

We thought we were moving into a council tax band B because of what the ad said but instead when we received the first council tax letter we learnt it was a band C.

Our agent changed quite often. We had people coming to do 'repairs' for things we had never asked for, and the things we asked for were never acknowledged. For example, within a week of moving in they told us that they were going to change the blind as it didn't fit the window. We followed up on this with not response. 1 year later it was exactly the same. I took days off work to be there when checks were supposed to happen and nobody came.

We were without an elevator for 5 months, when we contacted them about this they said they would contact us with updates. 3 months later and no updates we decided to ask and the response was rude. They then told us we would have to call and notify the building management about the lift because it was separate to them. We never got this information at any point. The same way they never told us where to pick up parcels or dispose of rubbish bags.

Finally, when we ended our tenancy, they tried to charge £260 to repaint the whole flat despite it being cleaner than when we found it. We ended up fighting this through an independent auditor who recognised their charges were completely unfair. We paid nothing.

They also tried to charge us for a mattress that we didn't dirty. Conveniently they didn't take a photo of this on the first inventory check and tried to charge us when we left.

I would avoid this company at all costs, take photos of everything to cover yourself because they will try and charge you for anything.

2/10 service from the company.

Harris was really helpful when looking round flats, he knew all of the information necessary and was engaging. He also replied to any questions I had after the viewing promptly!
