Fantastic Communication even in Complex Provisions
From an initial enquiry in November 2025 leading to 7 live circuits in 5 months I believe says it all. Robyn & Carl have been fantastic in assisting with new line provisions, most of which have not been standard to say the least. Communication is key when working in delicate scenarios and they have excelled, always keeping us in the loop every step of the way. Highly recommend Yappl to anyone in need of connectivity with fantastic service behind them.

Handling of Account and Support
Emma Derbyshire at Yappl, has been absolutely amazing in helping us get our business phone contracts sorted and in order. She is prompt, helpful and takes the time to go through the steps with you to resolve any issues we had. In the end we got our system in order and Emma was incredibly helpful and patient. Amazing! :)

Great all round service
Yappl respond really promptly to enquiries and the communication is clear. The prices are also very competitive. All round a great service. Would highly recommend.

We have been with Yappl for many years and have always found them to be responsive and straightforward to deal with. Our customer account manager, Nicola Young has been with us from the start of the business, and she presents Yappl in an extremely professional light. I would recommend them to any business looking for a cost effective efficient service.

Rock solid company, a rare find these days
I’ve been using Yappl for many years now and even after all this time they still impress me.
I have all my internet and phones/mobiles with Yappl and the level of service from these guys is second to none.
Nicola and Tonia have just recently upgraded our mobile phone contracts which involved some complexity this time round. The girls were (as usual) extremely efficient and helped us migrate to new contracts with no hassle.
The two important points was that there were not one second of downtime and the new contracts are saving me a chunk of money too.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Yappl.
Business comms is so important these days and these guys ensure it’s one less thing to worry about.

We'd like to thank Helen and Danny for their excellent service. They supported us at every stage of the process, and the communication was always clear and proactive. Our business mobiles were also switched with Yappl a couple of months ago and we received a great service by Helen and her team then. We plan to stay with Yappl long term because of the excellent service and competitive pricing they provide.

Helen at Yappl is fantastic. We're on our second business contract with the company and she (and the team) have been incredible help throughout - from identifying the best option(s) available to us, keeping us updated throughout the contract to dealing with the odd question/problem. Genuinely a 5* business service.

We have been using Yappl for many years, during which time they have consistently managed our phone, internet, and mobile services to a high standard. We would confidently recommend the company to anyone considering a change of provider. Their staff are consistently professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, and any issues that arise are resolved promptly without the need for repeated follow-ups.

Unbelievable service
We've been using Yappl for the past 12 months and have recommended them to numerous others. Pricing was miles cheaper than going direct and the customer service has been second to none - speedy, friendly and always on hand if we need anything. Highly recommend.

I must say that from the start Robyn has been great explaining everything very efficient and most of all always answers when I call

No one knows business mobiles more than Tonia, and in my experience no one gives better customer service. Yet again she has looked after me on my mobile upgrade and sim renewal.
