I've been ordering from YesAsia for over a decade now and they've been great throughout that time; there's only been a couple of instances where items have been found to be out of stock but, even then, they have been very quick in letting me know and refunding the costs.
Massively useful site and company for getting proper, official CD and film releases at very reasonable prices.

Absolutely difficult website!
Absolutely difficult website to navigate and it wouldn't take my Klarna card OR my credit union's card, even though they were both legitimate credit/debit cards. I had to use PayPal in the end for my THIRD transaction to make sure that it would actually go through. Unbelievable on YesAsia's part for not having a better website and transaction medium.

Excellent website
It was easy to find what I was looking for and review the options. Pictures and text were clear and helpful. I just order so we will see how the rest of the experience goes, but it is nice to have easy to navigate websites.

Je n'ai même pas reçu un email pour me prévenir, ni de de délai pour un retour du stock.
Le délai de réception annoncé ne sera probablement pas respecté.
EDIT: Ma commande a finalement été envoyée. Je l'ai reçu ce jour, le 12 décembre en parfait état. Très bien protégée. J'ai modifié ma note en conséquence.
