Lucky to be able to find my favorite records on YesAsia.com.

This used to be such a good company. Been ordering from them for over 15 years. Mainly because VAT is paid up front so there are no unexpected customs charges. Until now.
I bought a Blu-ray box set with the VAT included in the total. So imagine my surprise when DHL contacted me saying there was a £38 charge! I refused to pay it because as far as I was concerned it was already paid. Eventually it transpired that Yesasia did not declare the VAT paid on the package, and so I was charged extra VAT on the total which already included VAT! After many emails to Yesasia (most of which were completely ignored), after a couple of weeks they admitted fault and agreed to settle the outstanding amount with DHL so my order could be delivered. And a few days later it was delivered, and I thought that was the end of it. And just now I found out that that they did not pay DHL at all, and DHL have just sent me a final demand for the outstanding amount.
Yesasia are fraudsters, plain and simple.

I was able to check the status of my order to see when the products I ordered arrived in stock. Once shipped, I was able to track the package. Both products arrived in great condition. I am now making another purchase. Keep up the good work! Some of this stuff is hard to find where I live, and I'm really impressed with the quality I am finding it on your site.

Je viens de passer commande pour découvrir, après paiement, que le produit est "en attente de stock" avec aucune information sur une éventuelle prochaine date de stock.
Après cette découverte je suis retournée sur la page du produit, et je ne trouve pas de mention "en attente de stock" ou autre. Il serait intéressant de prévenir les acheteurs quand les articles ne sont pas immédiatement en stock. Ou alors ce n'est vraiment pas clair du tout.
Ce genre de système m'agace prodigieusement.
Finalement j'ai reçu mon article après plusieurs longues semaines d'attente.

Yes asia est juste fabuleux comme site ! il y'a toute sortes de gamme qu'on peut retrouver jeux vidéo, série, animé, drama ect.. Et à des prix plutôt très raisonnable 🙂

I've been ordering Dvds from France for many years and never met any problem with YESASIA. The delivery was always safe and quite fast. I highly recommend them and specially for the big choice of Asian Dvds and Blurays with english subtitles !
