Great customer service, quick and easy. Felt reassured at all times.

Untrustworthy, unprofessional, dishonest and lack of accountability. They are nice to your face to get your money, then once they have your money all customer service and equity goes out the window.
Got sold a car that started to show faults 12 days after purchase, which then led to a major engine fault over 6 months later.
Even prior to collecting the car after purchase I had to prompt them to ensure the FAILED MOT was rectified. Ironically enough they “serviced” my vehicle 2 days prior to me collecting the vehicle, but still a fault showed up 12 days later?!??
When my car went into engine failure and limp mode, all they did was top up the engine oil (3 different liquids BTW I have dash cam evidence ;) ) the bonnet was open for a whole 5 minutes and that was their conclusion.
No diagnostic was performed, their “after sales” is abysmal!
Only for me to drive the vehicle back home and it conks out again!!
Hindsight is a wonderful thing, but I would NOT recommend this money greedy company!

I absolutely cannot fault Dean and Fran. I’ve brought my first car with them and they made the process so easy for me and explained every step in detail. Nothing has been too much trouble and I couldn’t have asked for anything more!

My experience with this dealership has been very disappointing.

The sales process was straightforward, but the after-sales support has been poor. I purchased a warranty along with a service and MOT package, expecting that any issues would be dealt with professionally.

Unfortunately, when problems arose with the vehicle, it became very difficult to get assistance. My calls often went unanswered, repairs were not handled as I expected, and arranging the service I had paid for was frustrating.

Based on my personal experience, I would recommend that anyone considering buying from this dealership asks detailed questions about the warranty, servicing and after-sales support before making a decision.

I hope the company improves its customer service because buying a car is only the beginning of the customer relationship.

You can just tell as soon as you walk in there your going to get ripped of somehow only had the car 2 weeks and discovered a huge hole in the exhaust which they clearly tried to cover up my mechanic said no wonder they didn't want me to take it for a test drive to be honest if thats all that ends up being wrong with it which i doubt it will be then ive got of lightly I cant even be bothered to go back to get them to fix it and end up with me back in prison I'll just take it on the chin and get it fixed myslef least I'll know its fixed properly biggest bunch of jokers going so if your reading these reviews find a car somewhere else.
