Wrong item, shipping costs are mine to pay

One out of three items that arrived is wrong and they are forcing me to pay shipping costs to have the problem fixed which is a big cost since I have to go through the normal mail service in France and ship it to the Netherlands, the item is glass held by a frame that requires delicate handling during shipping.

Helaas niets ontvangen.

Op 6-3 zou DPD de bestelde posters bezorgen. Hoewel ik thuis was, hebben we helaas geen bezorger aan de deur gehad. Vervolgens de bestelling op 7-3 op een pakketpunt opgehaald. Blijkt de doos helemaal leeg te zijn, zonder posters. Erg jammer, het was een cadeau voor vandaag, maar nu op zoek naar wat anders.

Snelle reactie ontvangen en terugbetaling in gang gezet. Jammer, maar gewoon pech vermoed ik

Allereerst mijn excuses dat u een lege doos heeft gekregen. Wij hebben inmiddels hierover samen contact gehad. Het geld van de bestelling wordt op uw verzoek teruggestort. Daarnaast heb ik een klacht ingediend bij DPD over de bezorging.

Don't let the lack of reviews put you off

I took a risk with getting a floater frame for my art work that I client has bought and I'm glad I did! Delivery was quick, the product was high quality and I'm overall really impressed by this company. Much cheaper than the rest out there. Will be buying from them again.

Incapable of delivery or apology

They couldn't find my address, but instead of contacting me, they just ignored my package. It wasn't until I took the initiative to contact DPD that I found out what the problem was! Between the two parties, both told me they were unable to update my address, and that I should speak to the other. The package was never delivered to me, and when I asked them for compensation, both Marga and Romee on customer service ignored me! Not even an apology, let alone actually fixing the problem. By far the most disappointing customer service I've ever received.

Thank you very much for your review. We're sorry to hear that we were unable to assist you in the way you had hoped.

Once a parcel is already on its way, we as customer service are unfortunately unable to change the address directly. A special procedure must be followed for this, regardless of whether the shipment is handled by DPD or another carrier. This is due to privacy legislation. It's possible that our procedures differ from those you're familiar with in the United Kingdom.

We have responded to all of the emails you sent us, although the replies may not have met your expectations. Additionally, we submitted your case as a formal complaint to DPD, and they have taken it into further consideration.

I would like to sincerely apologise that your experience with our service has left you with a negative impression. That was never our intention.
