The agent was courteous and polite whilst being professional he didn’t do the hard sell like other companies they offer the chance to join a syndicate if you want to I would highly recommend them they are trained very well in customer service

The advisor was professional and compassionate as im disabled and vulnerable but the humanity impressed me very much and I commend such professional service conduct I got from them treated as a human being and seeing beyond my condition is everything to me and more and these people deserve my highest admiration and respect and I know its the Easter weekend soon
