My experience with the agency has been excellent, mainly because of the support and guidance from Beatrice Clark, my lead associate. She guided me well at every step, making me feel comfortable with the process. Beatrice regularly checks on me and how my work is going, always offering help whenever needed, especially in areas like compliance and other work-related queries. Cannot recommend Zak more! From the first phone call it was apparent that he’s proficient, efficient and communicative. He’s set the bar very high and I’m always pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to find work through him. He listens to what I look for in work and always gives a minimum of three options. He’s never promised something he hasn’t delivered. Cannot recommend more.

My onboarding experience
After a long break, I applied for a locum Job with Your World Recruitment last week. Beatrice, Lead Associate in Cardiac Physiology, contacted me on the same day to process my application. Within a week, she arranged my Online Training and obtained Professional references from my previous employment to complete my compliance. She found a suitable NHS Job for me to start next week. Beatrice is very friendly, very experienced and well-knowledgeable. I am thrilled to have Beatrice as my Coordinator.

I recently dealt with Elle at Your World with regard to finding locum pharmacy work. I have a lot of previous experience of dealing with locum agencies and recruitment agents and I was struck by how attentive and responsive Elle was when trying to find me a suitable position. This has not always been my experience in the past when dealing with other agencies/recruiters and it has made the overall process very pleasant and straightforward. I would definitely recommend Your World if you are considering locum work.
