my 799 subsription waste of money,,payment was sucessfull, but when i play live match,match not show.Another 799 subscription shows,why?

Even though I paid for a premium subscription I get shown four ads every 5 minutes 🤮

Worst app I have ever subscribe in my entire life of subscriptions ...

Demanding a 3-month subscription during a tournament that will be over in about a month is a blatant cash grab. Sports fans should not be forced to pay for months they don't need just to watch a single event.
Instead of providing fair and flexible options, the platform seems to be taking advantage of peak demand. This approach is anti-consumer and damages trust.
Very disappointed.

Can't watch football match properly as it stops frequently during the match.

I have taken a paid subscription of Rs.799. Its been over a week and the subscription is not active.
Customer contact numbers are not there. Only medium to reach them is through email. The emails are not responded in spite of multiple follow ups. Such a bad experience.

Third class platform. Bombarding with ads. Even free TV channels doesnt show so much ads.

Paid premium subscription is a joke. 1/5 stars.I bought the ₹799 yearly plan 2 days ago thinking it would be ad-free. Instead, I am getting bombarded with 4-ad commercial breaks while watching FIFA highlights. It is completely unwatchable. This platform is incredibly greedy. Avoid at all costs!

Worst streaming platform. They dont have proper codec nor do they have servers to stream on good quality. Their subscription is expensive than other popular services but they provide poor quality. Promising 4k quality and then streaming on 720p is pure play cheating. Its a corporate house whose only metric is revenue they dont care about users. Too many ads even after paying for premium service is bad experience. They have taken rights for WC 2026 soccer but anyways after its over no one will subscribe to their service.

Very bad channel. In a paid subscription we are made see multi advertisements and that also multiple times. Very bad experience. I have only taken it for seeing the World Cup matches.

Making FIFA World Cup 2026 difficult to watch. They have no service no customer care number and in case if you raise a ticket then no response either.

I had taken Rs. 799 subscription couple of days back. However, till now it is asking to subscribe again and again. Although, My Apple ID is showing subscription is valid till September.
Amount was deducted so now I am asking for refund but no reply yet.

I was not aware that many people like me are facing the same issue. I tried to see reviews on App Store but very smartly, they have filtered the reviews to only show the last year reviews.

Today, by chance, I filtered the reviews to most recent one and then saw that most of the people are facing the same issue which I am facing with my subscription pack.

I have subscribed for FIFA + All Access pack of Zee5 app for Rs 799.00 for 3 mths & 3 devices on 04 June 2026. Yet everyday day Zee5 disconnects Unite8 channels and restores them only for few hours when I complain. This is going on since 12 June 2026. I have sent them my payment details and short video of the issue many times. Yet they keep on saying I have to resubscribe and pay again. They have no customer care number for talking to them. I have to communicate only by email/contact us link of app and they keep on stalling me. They are trying to cheat by making me pay twice for the service already paid for.

I wish I could give zero stars. The greedy guys at Zee5 have completely ruined the Fifa world cup’26 watching experience in India with so many advertisements even after paying Rs.800 for one month of football action.
I should rather have bought a vpn to watch it through BBC (England) or SBS (Australia)

I had paid for fifa subscription with 3 devices included. Today the plan allows me 1 device only

Scammers. Absolute Scammers. They had everyone pay Rs. 799 and now it wont let us watch the matches. Everytime we try to log in and watch it asks to buy the subscription again when we literally paid 800 rupees for 3 months and now it is a complete waste. I found out today it was not just me but hundreds of others as well who are either not able to watch or not even getting the option login. On top of that, they have the worst customer service everrrrr. If anyone can help with the issue so we can watch the matches that WE PAID for it would be great or would be forced to file for a legal complaint along with multiple other people . Thank you :)

Cannot watch matches despite a 799 subscription

I have paid the subscription amount of Rs.799 but no subscription status is showing. I mailed several times and they asked me to send the details of transaction and I did the same but no response. So unfortunate 😞.

Worst experience, even a unfamous Telugu movie is not streaming. Between, every 10 Minutes advertisements. I am fed up with this subscription.

Z5 is scamming the whole India.
I paid for 799 plan now I cannot watch live only preview and highlights.

Just a bad experience. Z5 dnt even deserve 1 star rating # Z5 Scammer
