Bought fifa pack when the page showing 3 devices after purchase they reverted it to 1 device, bunch of scammers.

I took subscription in Rs799 for 3device but it couldn’t connect from other device,this is a big scame .try to fix our problem soon

This app is totally scammed. I bought subscription of ₹799 to see FIFA 2026, when I get in the app the subscription was not activated.
So, my real feedback is do not buy any subscription you will lost your money.

Bunch of scammers; I paid 299 for subscription for watching fifa everything was going fine; they themselves offered this plan for 1 month initially; but later on when I turned on my tv to watch the opening ceremony of FIFA world cup 2026; the app stopped working it was showing me to buy plan & that there is no active plan I got shocked I tried contacting support; they have no customer support number to call directly; they have a mail support system I mailed them the same they asked me screenshot of the transaction & all; I sent them all the details of the transaction; they were not replying for quite a long time after sending all those details I sent a dozen of mails; still I didn’t got any reply from their side; but finally it showed there is subscription but there is the game they cheated me they are showing in the app that there is no FIFA in this plan & asking me to upgrade the plan to watch FIFA now; its clear cheating; I have been constantly sending them mail but no reply from their end; Worst App ever!!! Never take subscription from this scammers

They are a bunch of SCAMMERS , they changed the fifa 26 world cup plan of 799 from 3 devices to 1 device at night so no one could notice but after the backlash they have reverted back if there wasnt any backlash they would have scammed every football fan

Worst customer service ever. They just want your money. I was told that my annual renewal will happen at the same discounted price I paid earlier (just 4 days before renewal) and when the renewal actually happened, they charged me the full amount. When I contacted customer service, they said prices had gone up.. In 4 days !! when the previous rep actually said I will be charged the discounted price.. Their customer service doesn't know anything or how to help. It should be called "Helpless" Desk.

Third class app. long ads and got stuck after coming ads. pathetic service

Bengali saregamapa program is a very good one normally. We've been watching it regularly from London. The program on 24th May2026 is a very disappointing one,as Nazrul Jayanti was not celebrated properly. Only one recitation and one group song. Why the whole program was not dedicated on him? Very disappointing for Nazrul lovers. As the Nazrul songs treasure is huge ,we were expecting a treat. But no ,it was n't. The organisers should take this into consideration next time. Dr sunit & Dr Indira Ghatak. London.

All these indian OTT need to learn, like literally learn from Netflix. I don't really don't know why we should pay them, they should be paying us to watch. Subpar interface, suffocating ads and to top you can't even upgrade to add-free plans

Verry disappointed

I’m writing this an hour after subscribing. If given an option, I would have rated zero for this platform. They have some good content but to watch them on Zee5 is so frustrating. Watching experience is not bad, it’s worst. It buffers every minute, audio quality is bad, video quality is bad, search result page is bad. I’m gonna end the subscription and never coming back. Please improve the platform @Zee5.🙏

Shame on u creates of zee 5 channel .. which is hatras 16 days documentry. Statements in english disappoint we r Indian how many Indian wants to watch hindi statement all this characters to understand the basic level... Now I understand how much we love Indian to watch Netflix..u hinde this story from lot of Indian people

Very disappointing experience. I cancelled my subscription in November 2025, but I am still being charged every month. Customer support has not properly resolved the issue, and even the support links are not working. On top of that, I keep getting server errors while trying to sign in.

This has been frustrating and time-consuming. Please improve your customer service and billing system because customers should not continue getting charged after cancellation.

worst propaganda channel

The content get stuck when you "resume watching" it shows advertisement then it keeps buffering. Interestingly it happens only to Malayalam or south indian content, because I switch between hindi and malayalam. Hindi content runs smooth.
I complaint, but customer care needs video within 20mb size which is not possible the error comes after advertisement which goes 30 to 40 secs and video size is 60mb minimum.
