Absolute scam. Do not do business with them. They will request a wire transfer and then string you along with excuses for months and eventually ghost you. Ther will be no recourse for you. Stay away and tell everyone you care about to stay away.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Working with this company has been a total nightmare. It is impossible to get in touch with a person at all. In the beginning it was fine as they promise you samples that you can return until they are perfect. They sent me my first mock up of the t-shirt I was creating and not only was it totally off dimension wise but they spelled my company name wrong on the label. Unfortunately, there's no working phone number to reach anyone if you have an issue and I was completely ghosted by the representative I was working with.
They are spotty and terrible at getting back to you. I have lost about 2K. as of now and will be reaching out to the BBB to see if they can assist me in getting some of my money back.

**Review of Zega Apparel**

I wish I could provide a positive review of Zega Apparel, but my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I fell victim to what I now know was a scam, losing $2,500 in the process.

Initially, I was drawn to the company through Fiverr, where their promises of quality and timely delivery seemed enticing. However, my excitement quickly turned into frustration. The samples I ordered took months to arrive and, when they finally did, they were of shockingly poor quality and quantity.

Communication with their representative, Ali, was another major issue. I found myself reaching out multiple times, only to be met with silence. Calls went unanswered, and my emails were ignored. It felt like I was speaking to a ghost. Eventually, I discovered that their phone lines had been disconnected, which only added to my growing concerns.

To make matters worse, I never received my bulk order. The website that initially seemed professional now appears to be a facade, raising red flags about the legitimacy of the entire operation.

In summary, Zega Apparel is a company to avoid at all costs. My experience has taught me to be wary of businesses that operate in this manner. If you're considering working with them, I urge you to think twice. They are not just unreliable; they are outright scammers. Protect yourself and your investment—look elsewhere for your apparel needs.

I put in an inquiry and met with a team who delivered a tech pack. Never once received my products after a whole year and the ppl can never be reached. A definite DO NOT BUY

Do not use this company for clothing. Originally, I was having custom hoodies made for my business. When I received samples months later,,the dye job was horrible,, the fabric was horrible, the cut was horrible and the smell was horrible. They make you pay in advance and WILL NOT give you your money back when they can not do a decent job. So, not wanting to just waste my money switched the order to WHITE T-SHIRTS. AFTER over a year going back and forth with this incompetent company, I approved a sample. I mean, how hard can a t-shirt with black writing be? No custom tags/labels I was promised. Approved the sample. Then many MONTHS LATER I received t-shirts that are nothing like the sample they provided.
Worst company to do business with.
Also, they are absolutely not a U.S. manufacturer. They are out Pakistan or India with no representation here.

Made a good sample in a timely manor, had a couple mistakes and seems they will be fixed properly.

We were a upcoming brand. We scrapped all our revenue to order a new collection of clothing. They did not deliver our products and proceeded to never respond and dodge our emails and request on google. We lost our brand due to that situation and we tried to get them to either deliver or refund but no one is responding. When they want your business they respond fast but after 3 orders of good customer they disappear. Do not trust them. We have been holding of for 3 years to write but it hurts more everyday that passes.

Would give zero stars if possible.

What happened: I was trying to have a prototype made for a start-up clothing brand. I found a company named Zega Apparel. I went with them because their minimum order quantity was only 50 pieces. I paid $350 (via Paypal) for the tech pack. The tech pack went pretty well. After the tech pack was finalized, they said to proceed to bulk production they need $1100 via wire payment before any prototype could be delivered. I asked if they could take credit card or PayPal and they replied no (even though they clearly can take PayPal as mentioned above). I was wary at this point, but the communication and tech pack had gone well, and I didn’t have any reason to believe they were going to scam me. Once I sent the wire, that was the last time I've had a positive experience with this company.

When it came time to have the prototype made, they delivered nowhere near what I was asking (wrong color, size, material, button, and zippers, to include poor stitching, and it smelled like moth balls). They also advertise a 2-week turnaround time. I received the first prototype on 4 June 23 (~2 months after the wire). I expressed my distaste with the first prototype and asked for a refund. They refused to refund the money but assured me that they would fix it. I gave them another chance. The second prototype was received on 23 August (~2 more months). The color was closer, but the size, material, button, zipper, and stitching were all still wrong and of poor quality. I let them know yet again that I wanted a refund, but they refused to give me one.

They have been reported to the FTC.

The company couldn't get my samples correct. It has been over 2 years and I still have nothing by way of a product from them, yet they refused to refund my money. They later agreed to make something else. Still after over a year in delayed communication because of their reaponse time and always being on holiday or someone out of the office, I still have nothing. I took case to small claims because they are registered business in Wyoming, however they are in another country in reality. Court documents were recieced and were signed for by registered agent of company, and the Judge rendered judgment in my favor. However, ZegaApparel representatives, nor anyone on their legal team will now respond to the judgment and pay what has been ordered. The last representative (Mark Stellar via email) stated that they have no court order and are terminating direct communication and will have legal team contact me. It's been over a month (at initial time of this review) now and no one has contacted me to resolve and follow the order. Basically $730 have been taken from me and they are not being accountable at all. Later on I've seen that this has happened to a few people, these negative reviews get lost.

Scam Company! Do not work with these people. They open multiple different sites, but they all rip you off. Pure trash is what they make and do not try to work with you or help!

If I could give them a 0 I would. I am telling you that these people are scam artists. And the only thing that will happen for you is that you will get cheap products, wait forever to get your order, and if you have any issues at all, there is 0 chance you will get any kind of refund. We ordered shirts and hats from them. Still have not gotten the hats. They sent me a sample of the shirts, I told them the quality was awful. They said the shirts wouldn't be like the sample. When the shirts came in, the collars had some kind of cardboard inside of them, they were way too big, the sizing was way too small. We waited months and months for these shirts and all they had were excuses. They said they worked off of the tech packs, but they were the ones who helped us with the tech packs! The hat sample came, it was awful. Absolutely awful. Imagine the trucker hats with think Styrofoam in the front from the 80's. So cheap looking. So bad. I told them after my experience with the shirts, I didn't want to do the hats. They said they would not give me a refund on the hats. I accepted the shirts were a loss. They said they already ordered the material for the hats so they couldn't give a refund. I told them I would send them a hat, as a sample, and they needed to duplicate what I send them. They said OK. Well I was just testing them because if they already ordered the material, why would they agree to let me send them a sample? What if hte sample I sent them was different than what they ordered? The fact is they are straight up thieves. If you are not happy it doesn't matter, you will not be made whole. I am positive if you see any good reviews, it's from their employees with ghost accounts. Of course they are stationed in Pakistan, but they have names like Alex. Its such a crock of crap. I truly hope if you read my review, you will move on and find another company.

We paid Zega Apparel $6,735 for 150 hoodies. They sent us the invoice 12/9/2021 and we paid it on the same day.

It is now 8/17/22 and all we have been provided are lies, excuses, "samples" that are pure trash -- 8 months of this nonsense. We demand a FULL REFUND now, or we will file a lawsuit. They tell you what you want to hear, but then scam you. Read all the reviews online. They are all the same story. The only positive ones are fake and obviously written by them company themselves.

Not sure if they are aware, but the are committing international wire fraud here. I'd suggest they refund us right away.

The first samples didn't follow the tech packs at all and were such horrible quality. They made excuses and said they had to have them redone. We waiting 6+ months and finally received a second attempt. They were worse. Again, they did not follow the tech packs. The neck holes were so small you couldn't even put them on.

The clown "Ali" there just makes excuses after excuse. We have a email paper trail a mile long full of contradicting lies and excuses. A court would crush this company. Refund now or we file suit for not only the money stolen, but also for damages, plus legal fees. We are done playing games. Our legal team is ready. I'd suggest avoiding that route.

I hope nobody listens to their lies and falls for this scam. Not a single company we spoke to has had a pleasant experience, let alone received any apparel. This is clearly a big scam operation. Pure fraud. They are criminals.

Quick shipping when I received the sample. Then the communication was sporadic, and eventually they sent my order of 100 hoodies. They were great quality!! I just hope they get better turn around time and better communication
