I’m happy to share that I’ve had a very positive experience working with the school. The school also received me very well, and I felt welcomed and comfortable in the environment. It has been great experience overall.

My experience working with Zen Educate has been exceptional. They provide all necessary tools within a robust platform to enhance their staff's skills. Zen Educate is among the few organizations that prioritize their staff's well-being and professional development. Regarding education, they are highly professional, endowed with extensive knowledge and unshakeable skills. Their services are easy and quick, e.i app platform.

I have really appreciated the support and work I have been given. I was nervous at 1st as I have always been in a permanent employment, however I have been allocated work since I joined Zen Educate and Matt has been brilliant.

Good staff in zen communication is good they keep updating and reminding you to make your journey easy.

Avoid this company , I am an experienced Cover Supervisor. Decided to go back Into teaching . I have had an Enhanced DBS in the U.K. for 15 years . I am on the update service misplaced my certificate & applied on Zen Educate DBS . Cerys in Cardiff confused with my name & very unprofessional. I provided all the paperwork the right to work in UK born here . And it’s been an absolute joke & very rude tone . Gone with another Agency sorted in 2 mins . Advice really need to listen & I have so many emails explaining. Been painful .

After an incident, I have been chasing managers and they are hiding like mice! More than a month I have been passed from one person to another while they are taking their holidays with the money of the teachers who work for them (they keep 40% of the salary that appears as your daily rate!, for literaly No service in return). Not to mention, I was even provided with a fake email when I told them I wanted to file a formal complaint.

Good company to work for. Few little things with issues but quick to be dealt with

Overall my experience with Zen has been positive. Setting up my profile has been easy to do and all questions that I’ve needed support with has been answered by the Zen team. The profile didn’t take long to get set up and everything was explained to me fully.
Overall I’m impressed with Zen.

Onboarding was relatively quick and easy including a digital interview and training session. The app is intuitive and user-friendly and invitations to work give useful information and allow you to turn down a role, giving reason and also letting you opt out of future requests - valuable if, for example, the distance is too far to travel. There is also an additional small financial incentive when you join and online training modules available.

I am finding the system for being told about upcoming positions really helpful and simple to use. It gives you the choice to accept/decline work to suit your needs. Better than lots of phone calls.

Working for Zen Educate has been a positive experience. Communication is very good around upcoming work and their App is informative and easy to follow.
