very enlightening experience working in a pru and support to find work easy and quickly to suit exacting needs! well done

Jumped through hoops, paid for a DBS to then be ignored when asking about individual jobs. Did my weekly availability and there was no supply jobs available. They're also clearly trying to hide negative reviews by drowning them with 5*s. Took myself off the data base and moved to somewhere else.

Well organised and the on boarding was very straight forward and easy. The staffs are very cautious and always looking for the best opportunities for the supply staff

The staff at Landewednack (especially the class TA) were extremely welcoming and helpful, taking time to help me get set up in the classroom and talking through routines etc even though they were really busy managing a couple of absences themselves. The planning left was clear and easy to follow and the children behaved extremely well. I really enjoyed the caring, family feel of the school. It is a school I will definitely look forward to returning to.

The staff and the children made my experience pleasant today.

Working for Zen gives me the time needed for family as well as a variety of different schools to relate to. It's great to go in and do a really good job, supporting staff and children. Having been doing supply a while now I have built relationships with a number of schools and so it's a bit like visiting family when you arrive in the morning happy to help and pick up the planning and crack on with the day.
The line managers at Zen will often try to flag up opportunities which suits your strengths and endeavour to match you to schools that you know and that know you to help with continuity whenever possible and are friendly and approachable if any issues or queries arise.
Every day is different with supply and I relish the opportunity to make a positive impact on someone else's day. Sometimes just bringing a smile and sense of positivity in can make such a difference. It's great to see heads lift and lights come on as children move forward in their learning.

were friendly, understanding and responsive whenever I had questions.

It was very easy to accept the job and then all the information followed on.
It's important to be ready to go asap, so that you can get to a school early and have plenty of time to familiarise yourself with planning etc.
