Customer Service at Xbrain is non-existent. They never reply to emails and there’s no other way of contacting them.

The Troscriptions products are fantastic but I can’t understand why a company as good as Troscriptions has chosen such a TERRIBLE UK distributor.

In the time frame I have been using the product, I have noticed an optimistic increase in my memory and energy levels. This excites me!!!! Glad I found you!!!!

Ho recentemente fatto una recensione negativa per il servizio perché gli articoli da me acquistati sembrava non arrivassero più e non mi veniva data nessuna informazione. Alla fine ho ricevuto tutto e devo dire che il prodotto è veramente ottimo. Sono molto più attivo, più attento mi sento veramente bene, mi sento di consigliarlo. Dovrebbero essere più veloci nelle consegne e soprattutto rispondere alle mail in caso di ritardi. Il prodotto di cui parlo è ilBRAINX

Ordered and charged to my card but no product received. Scam website stuff here. Shop elsewhere.

I placed two orders over a week ago and no confirmation of order no delivery details or tracking number. I don't even think they processed my order at all and it's all paid for. I think they just took my money and ran.

So grateful to have found a UK company that sells Trozzz and my whole experience with XBrain was excellent. Delivery was prompt and my supplement was well packaged. I would recommend both Trozzz and XBrain to anyone considering either.

TERRIBLE

This arrogant and high-handed company never bothers to respond to emails and there is no other way of getting in touch with them.

I ordered 2 times from from this website, and both times my items come expired. They don't have a phone number, and the emails they don't answered.....I won't ordered again and I advise you to stay away from this website.

Very expensive for what you receive. Not worth it.

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address which wasn't the fault of xbrain, Royal Mail made the mistake. The issue came when trying to rectify the problem. I did not receive any reply to my emails despite trying all the addresses listed on the site. The site supplies daily supplements and should understand the impact when supplies are not received. I have had a positive experience overall however the lack of response and financial loss makes me wonder if the company maybe in trouble.

This is my opinion is the best Creatine +++ that one can get in the UK. I am very impressed and use it daily in my routine.

My Order did not arrive. Worst Customer Support ever. CEO Rogar Akselsen answered only once and refered to royalmail which does not offer a personal Customer Support either. No refund, no replacement. 116£ gone.
