Brilliant and friendly service very professional! So many resellers out there now it’s hard to find a genuine one and this is by far the most genuine I have come by. Very happy with how much shoes have come and the condition they are in 100% would recommend and I will be buying again for sure:)

I ordered a pair of Nike Jordan’s in a size 6 for my daughter as a Christmas gift which I received.
When opening the box I realised that I was sent two left feet and one was a size 6and the other a size 5.5 .
Hopefully this will be resolved and a new pair in time for Christmas.

Hi. We responded to your email within minutes when you notified us of this issue and resolved it immediately. We sent you a pre-paid shipping label to send us the mismatched pair back and had a new pair sent out to you within 48 hours. We also allowed you to exchange the shoe for a different size which was £40 more expensive – but we waived this fee for you due to the inconvenience. Even with this delay, you received your correct item a week before Christmas. This isn’t the service we advertise to our customers and we apologise for this, but the nature of dealing with thousands of orders/stock births these problems on rare occasions unfortunately. It’s just upsetting that you left this review hours after notifying us of the problem without allowing time for the new pair to arrive - despite us rectifying the situation immediately and guaranteeing delivery by Christmas. I hope your daughter enjoyed her shoes and you can trust our services again :)
