I had a great experience with Xialla. They were responsive and super professional. The product is exactly as described and in my opinion the most effective product on the market. It is exactly as described. I have tried other like products and it doesn't even come close. If I can state "firmtech" was a waste of my money, I threw it in the garbage. Xialla Team thank you! The product works as advertised.
The product works and customer service was excellent.
I ordered the suggested product size. I wasn’t concerned if it was too big or too small because of the fact that for no additional charge other than shipping, they’ll send out another for free. You really can’t go wrong!
After trying it out, I felt that another size was worth trying, sent off an email requesting a second one and within days I received the second one, which was even better!
I definitely recommend Xialla!

C0ck Rings up the A$$? Nah…
I like the comfort level compared to other rings. The silicon material doesn’t feel like its cutting my member off. That said, I don’t care for the Velcro-thong holder thing. I found success without having to strap that up my crack. You guys should make a Xialla Lite that is just the double ring for the shaft and balls.

Works great for Venous leakage
I am very happy that you are allowed a second size Xialla for only a minimal shipping fee. The regular size was too tight for me, the large worked great. I also found that the long tail end of the unit stayed in place between my buttocks without having to use the velcro patch on my back. I have venous leakage as a major cause of my ED and the Xialla worked great for that, in conjunction with Cialis.

Functional but Uncomfortable — and Questionable Review Practices
I found the Xialla device to be functional—it does work as described. However, the product is too small to be comfortable, which impacted my experience. Additionally, the included adhesive tape was not sticky enough to stay in place, and I had to use extra tape to secure the device properly. Most concerning, the owner, Nigel Shaw, contacted me directly and offered a $30 gift card in exchange for removing my original review. This raises concerns about the authenticity of some of the high ratings. Buyers should be aware.
