Avoid XLN (DIASY) BROADBAND!
XLN (DIASY) provided a service as Full Fibre broadband when in reality it is 'part-fibre'. When asked why, their response was that 'it is confusing'! When then told I wanted to cancel their 'service' I was threatened with cancellation fees of over £200! Ps. Full Fibre broadband is available in my area at a much cheaper rate than what XLN charges. Be warned!

My business phone bills were high…
My business phone bills were high enough then XLN slaps me with an out of the blue £15 increase. When speaking to customer service was informed everyone is busy someone will ring you back and of course no one has bothered almost a week later. Shocking service and really high priced.

An absolutely atrocious company to deal…
An absolutely atrocious company to deal with. Signed up for a new XLN pay service in Feb 26 and 3 months later still not live. Despite emailing and calling every other day no further forward. Getting final reminders to pay for a service that is not even live yet. Will be writing a negative review every day until someone with any authority gets back to me. Customer service agent D. B was all great when signing me up but won't respond to any emails now! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

No phone line since February, no broadband since February. Nobody answers the phone. Nobody rings you back. A nightmare company. They do not care.

I’ve had a very disappointing…
I’ve had a very disappointing experience with XLN Telecom. Recently, they increased my monthly costs without clear communication, and I noticed extra charges being added, including business insurance that I did not actively request.
This feels very misleading. Prices going up is one thing, but adding services and fees without properly explaining or getting clear consent is not acceptable. It makes it difficult to trust what you’re actually paying for each month.
Customer service has not been helpful in resolving this, and getting a straight answer has been frustrating.
I would not recommend XLN Telecom to other small business owners. Make sure you carefully check your bills, as charges can change without proper notice.
Please stay away from these scammers people….

I have been xln for over 16 years
I have been wih xln for over 16 years. It was a good, reliable honest company until Daisy bought it. Daisy is very dishonest, no customer service, very unprofessional . Stay away from Daisy. I moved away from them and got a better service far faster internet less than half of the their price. My last bill with Daisy was over £141 for a basic land line and internet package. Now i pay less than £50 for 5 times faster internet. STAY AWAY FROM DAISY. THIS IS A GENUINE REVIEW FROM A REAL PERSON. MY ACCOUNT NO: 4331732. From my experience this company is run by some unprofessionals.

A terrible company
A terrible company, full of lie. They listen to everything you say when signing up but hide many terms. Make sure you record everything and go through all these small printed letters when signed up. It might take few hours but can save you hundreds easily of your hard earned money.
My company has dissolve from the company house register but they are making me to pay for every single month. I have still 8 months left from contract and I have 2 accounts with them. I am just drowning. I am already broken.
Moreover, they signed me up with discounted price for 24 months but during the retail price change in March they put the price up to the original price so my price jumped from £27.06 to £42.53. And this is again just one account. What a robbery. When called them, referred to the terms only. When signed up with them only said about the RPI increased every year.

Absolutely terrible experience with XLN. I was promised a fixed price, only for my bill to increase with weak excuses about “service changes” that I never agreed to. Completely misleading and feels like a bait-and-switch.
I have agreed a deal which set on my contract clearly showing that the price will never change until my contract finishes, but they breakdown the contract
Customer service is even worse — no replies to emails, and when you finally speak to someone, they pass you around without resolving anything. Managers promise callbacks that never happen.
Avoid at all costs. Untrustworthy, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time.

No notification of contract end , followed by an unexplained price hike of over300%
another afternoon wasted trying to get a copy of my bill to find out why I am being charged over 300% price increase according to Offcom a customer must be notified and given an opportunity to renew before out of contract rates can be applied , however XLN who send out monthly invoices by email do not include a down loadable copy, only a link to the website which of course dosent work, I have complained about this before and requested invoices as an attachment , If I call Daisy Telecom they claim to know nothing about it and refer me to XLN ,XLN clam to have been taken over by Daisy so basically neither want to help, however , Daisy don't mind taking the money yet they tell me it is not their responsibility to tell me what it is for ? I have tried numerous times to access the website I have called to get help and have used the chat bot , both give the same instruction , which wen followed brings up the same message ......''Username/client id combination not found.'' .which is strange because the email used is the same one both Daisy and XLN use to sent invoice emails with links that don't work and spam advertising four hours wasted and still no explanation or solution , I have requested a downloadable Email copy of my invoice but am still waiting .
30th March .....I have received one of the requested copy invoices the invoice sent does not show any extra charges ? and does not answer the question asked ..please explain the additional charges ...

Immoral and coercive business practices
I have endured a 2 year contract with XLN (also known as Daisy). Yesterday my business phone and broadband stopped working completely. It took until the next morning to actually get through to someone who could help. They said my line had been ‘taken over’ by someone else.
I was forced into signing another 2 year contract to get them to reinstate my phone line and broadband.
This awful business practice is coercive and immoral.
I verbally agreed to a new contract as I desperately need my phone and internet to run my business.
I now wish to cancel the contract (within the 48 hour cooling off period). I am concerned that XLN/Daisy will say they haven’t received my email exercising my rights to cancel.
As I have no phone and broadband, I do not expect to be billed for these services until my current contract ends in June

The worse company you can deal with as a small business charging you £400 cancellation fee to close your contract when you close your business. Better stay away from XLN or Daisy. I keep having bad experiences from them

Awful internet
Awful internet, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM, extremely rude staff. we had a fixed contract for £30, apparently due to inflation they put the price up. I didnt realise this was a bank, awful company
